The Ben and Ashley I Almost Famous Podcast

It’s the season premiere of The Bachelorette! And the woman of the hour, Becca Kufrin, is hanging out with Ben and Ashley, to talk about some of her first impressions of her batch of guys. She answers some listener questions, and reveals some behind the scenes secrets about night 1.   Then, they talk to former Bachelor Jesse Palmer, about “The Proposal”, the new show he’s hosting from the creators of The Bachelor.

Ashley has a very emotional announcement to make that is close to her heart, and will affect her entire future. Then, Becca the Bachelorette joins them in studio, and Ben and Ashley have some surprise guests that have words of wisdom for Becca. Plus Ben and Ashley give their power rankings of former Bachelorette seasons, and a listener has a huge request to ask of Ben.

For the first time ever, Ben and Ashley sit down with the new Bachelorette, Becca Kurfin!   After getting to know her a bit, they welcome some Bachelor superstars onto the show. Nick Viall hangs out, they play a round of "Who the Heck Are You" with Dan Cox, and before interviewing Jake Pavelka, Ben and Ashley perform a dramatic recreation of his fight with Vienna.

Ashley almost faints from fangirling, when a member of a huge boy band calls in to surprise her with huge news.    Then, a truly polarizing former cast member, Josh Murray, calls in to talk about how things when down on his multiple failed Bachelor engagements.   And after a passionate edition of Ben Bitches, Ben has a big announcement to make.

Alexis Waters (was she a dolphin or a shark?) is hanging out with Ben as a special guest host, and she shares why The Bachelor producers told her to keep a certain body part “on lock”. Then, they play a round of “Who the Heck Are You?” with Marikh Mathias from Arie’s season, and find out what she’s up to, and how she was in the running to be The Bachelorette. And continuing the list of successful Bachelor couples that didn’t meet on The Bachelor, Elizabeth Kitt-Brown and Ty Brown call in to share some great news!

As we speed closer to the premiere of The Bachelorette, Ben and Ashley have a huge special guest announcement!  Then, they check in with a member of Bachelor past, Jesse Csincsak, who had no idea he was talking to Ben Higgins. And they catch up with JP Rosenbaum and Ashley Hebert, another Bachelor Nation success story.

Ben and Ashley check in with a member of Bachelor Nation that’s getting married THIS WEEK! Then it’s time for “Who The Heck Are You?”, with Bachelor couple Chris and Peyton Lambton. Plus, Derek Peth hops on the line for an update on his relationship with Taylor. And Jared Haibon crashes the studio to reveal what happened to him on Bachelor in Paradise Australia.

This week, Ben and Ashley hear from a previously unknown relationship success story from Bachelor Nation. They get down to the real reasons why Arie and Lauren were meeting with Dr. V from Marriage Boot Camp, by calling up Dr. V herself! And shots fired between Amanda Stanton and Robby Hayes! Ben and Ashley are here to break down the public Disneyland drama and Robby’s creative compliment. 

The Almost Famous Podcast finally welcomes Rachel Lindsay to the show! She gives us an update on planning her wedding, including who her dream wedding singer would be, and she lets us know her thoughts on the recent break-ups in Bachelor Nation, and if she thought Dean and Lesley were truly meant to be   Then, by listener request, Sarah Herron calls in to give an update on what’s going on in her world.   And after that, in a new edition of “Ben Bitches”, he takes on “The One-Uppers”!

Ben and Ashley are coming in hot this week, and joined by Peter Kraus to talk about what’s new in his life, and his future with The Bachelor. Then, to continue the off-season festivities, Ben and Ashley go through a round of rapid fire questions, and they delve into their first loves, and if they want kids. Before they get to some listener emails, they discuss Arie and Lauren’s poorly received April Fool’s joke, and they talk to a listener who is helping make her community a better place.

Now that we’re in the Bachelor off-season, Ben and Ashley get caught up on what’s new in their lives. Ben is proud to talk about a major bucket list item he’s about to cross off. Bekah M stops by to get caught up on everything going on in Bachelor Nation, and they surprise Robby Hayes on the phone with a juicy question about his current status. After going over their childhood crushes, Kendall calls in and talks about the “post Bachelor blues”, and what’s next for her after the show. 

Ben and Ashely convene to address Ashley’s breakup with Kevin Wendt.  They go through why the relationship fell apart, and how things are between them now. Then Kevin joins them, to give his perspective on his time with Ashley, and where their paths are headed.   Bachelor favorite Nick Viall joins Ben and Ashley to weigh in on public break-ups and help some listeners with relationship advice.

Ben goes solo at first, and now that he’s had a few days to reflect on the finale, gives some thoughts on how Arie handled things throughout the season, and what we learned from After the Final Rose Then he passes the baton to Ashley, so we can hear her thoughts on how this season wrapped up. Jason Mesnick hops on the line, to share his first hand experience of what was going on in Arie’s mind. After he dishes that inside info, Ashley tackles some listener emails, and even non-Bachelor related questions!

Sienne sticks around while Sean Lowe calls with some expert analysis on Bachelor Nation.
