Today, Michael leaves us after a short conversation on humble brags and the double meaning of church songs, so we decided to bring in Drew’s old friend Danny Meyerend. Together, they dug up some old videos, tried to remember some lyrics, and talked about what it was like to be a pseudo youth pastor for three months. The episode closes with an interview with CURRENT youth pastor Darius Giles. We asked him about the most irresponsible thing he has ever done as a youth pastor, his answer had us in shock! When is a good time to talk about numbers with other youth pastors? We also find out how humble Michael is, and finish out with our Youth Pastor story of the week.
