Celebrate our one-year anniversary with a new and improved Nintendo Week! We're introducing new segments and tons more to make the show better than ever. Join Alex, Ben, and Colin as they discuss a mountain of news, including a new Pokémon, Undertale's Nintendo port-in-progress, Aonuma's debate on giving Link dialogue, incoming Amiibo of Callie and Marie, and Nintendo's consideration of VR. After the break we introduce two new segments: The Gossip Stone, where we dissect the latest rumors from the Nintendosphere and deem them True or Trubbish (subjects include Mother 3 and the NX release date), and The Glitz Pit, a podcast-game segment where YOU join us in a fight for ultimate glory. This week featured a ton of news, including new games like Detective Pikachu, some credible rumors about NX, Paper Mario, and more, a controversy over Fire Emblem Fates, and impressions of recent games like Pokémon Picross and Mario & Luigi. After the break, we dig into the rumor that Super Smash Bros. is coming to the NX as a launch game, discussing new content, modes, and more that could come to the title. After the break, we share our expectations and predictions for the first Nintendo Direct since June, which is coming Thursday, November 12th. This week we cover a range of topics, including censorship in Xenoblade, the future of Nintendo Directs, and Nintendo's financial status, as well as some of the biggest stories for Nintendo fans: a Metroid short film, the new version of Mewtwo, and more.
