I want to show how you can effect change from your own yard. It just takes your making the first step. I read from an article in the Inspired Life column of the Washington Post about how own person helped others with a simple process. We then move on to GFR friend Kevin and his wife's recent health issue to remind us to go to the Doctor or hospital if you aren't well. And then we talk about rainbow flags and Ellen DeGeneres.
I talk with Rick about how to treat your dog's infected paw, tornadoes and flood zones, and procrastination. We admire Toshifumi's garden photos on the GF Facebook Group. Erin of The Impatient Gardener youtube channel has some excellent vids on planting this spring.
I visited the MTD Troy-Bilt power equipment testing facility and got to test drive all sorts of outdoor power equipment. I toured the facility with Erin Spain, Sarah from Ugly Duckling House, Mary from House That Lars Built, Serana from Thrift Diving, and Rochelle from Pith & Vigor. The video Troy-Bilt made about their testing process: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nh3Goa2URjU Will is now running his Bear Paw Resort: https://www.bearpawresort.com/
Surfer Mike joins me to talk about DIY projects, rain gutters and the leaf free gutter systems. I then described my motion sensor dilemma to Mike. And Mike offers up a very simple solution.
