Our fight against sin does not earn our way to God, but it evidences that we belong to God’s army.
God freely and sovereignly acts to display his glory in all things. Who are we to question him?
God’s first love is his name and not his people. And because it is, there is hope for his sinful people.
You can’t know Jesus until your will is to do God’s will. And God’s will is to make much of himself.
Every good thing in this life and every bad thing that God turns for good comes to us through Jesus and his cross.

With sin came shame and hostility in marriage. Only God’s Son can give comfort and restore peace in covenant-keeping love.
Marriage is about keeping a covenant — just like Jesus does with his bride, the church.
Praying can help us live rightly, but living rightly can also help us pray better.
God has ransomed people for himself from every tribe, tongue, and nation. We can go to the nations confident that God will finish his mission.
