John 3:16 represents a glorious love, but there is more to God’s love than the free offer of the gospel.

We have eternal life because Christ died in our place and because in him is life. He removes God’s wrath, and he supplies the everlasting life we don’t have.

The Christian life isn’t one of comfort, but sacrificial risk for Jesus and others.

God’s love for his people is so rich and full that they need the Holy Spirit’s help to really feel it.

Jesus is light and life. Only he can set us free from the chains of sin and death.

Through the sky, God ministers humility and hope and healing and happiness.

God equips his people with everything we need to serve him. And we will do even greater works than Jesus himself.

We are called to fan into flame God’s gift. Don’t be ashamed, be courageous in God’s unbeatable power.

You were made for indestructible joy, but you won’t find it in yourself or in anything this world has to offer.
