My Magic Plus - We are testing My Magic+ and have a client review of the new Disney World system.  Magic Bands, Fast pass, and how the online system works so you can pre-book your rides and attractions before you go on your Disney World vacation.  The new My Magic+ system allows you to book 3 attractions a day in advance.  You also get one bonus attraction. How do you get your Disney Magic Bands - Right now Pixie Vacations has select clients that have been selected by Disney to participate in the My Magic+ Trial. Picking your advanced reservations for Disney attractions, rides and parades will be key to your vacation and there are many more fast pass attractions now.  So you want to make sure you select attractions that truly need a fast pass and not attractions like Space Ship Earth at EPCOT.  Planning is going to be key to taking advantage of what you want to experience! Just like any new system there will be advantages and disadvantages and it will take time to work out bugs.  But Disney has always been good at listening to guest feedback and making changes as needed. Lauren describes the My Magic+ booking and selection of advance attractions online, on this weeks Mouse Chat. How will the Magic bands and My Magic Plus work for Disney World Annual Passholders?  We have no news yet, but when the new system comes out we will report back again. John Frost from The Disney Blog had a great idea about My Magic Plus... That Disney should promote the cool extras that will be coming with My Magic Plus, like creating a personalized DVD of your entire family vacation, or interaction with the characters or certain attractions. Trails End Restaurant at Disney's Ft. Wilderness Review We treked over to Trails End at Disney's Fort Wilderness Campgrounds and Resort. $23.00 for Adults and $13 for kids 9 - 3 of age.  We all give Trails End two thumbs up for dinner. Disneys Grand Floridian Grand One Yacht Chris Sharps booked the Grand One for everyone so we could all experience the Wishes Fireworks from the Seven Seas Lagoon.  The Grand one rents for $600 an hour and can hold up to 18 people.  You can of course book it for group events and also have special extras catered.  We brought our own drinks on board.  I have to say this is the best view of Wishes I have even seen.  The yacht also has an amazing sound system and the music, water, and great friends make for a very nice VIP experience.   Mouse Chat on Facebook Join in and make new friends, ask and get answers to your Disney Vacation Questions, post Disney Park photos, and just say Hi. We are broadcast from The Hide Away at Disney Hollywood Studios - This space is available for group events at Disney World and Pixie Vacations can book your Disney Group Event. EPCOT Group Illuminations Group Dessert Parties - We held a Disney group event (Dessert Party) at EPCOT for about 100 people. If you have a group going to Walt Disney World listen in. We cover sample menus, prices, the view, how to book and more. There are many group locations that you can book and we cover what we think are the best spots. We also booked a special group event at Disney Hollywood Studios, "The Prop Show" for a large group breakfast. This space is filled with old Disney Props, movie props, parade and show props. We setup the space for breakfast and also as a surprise we had the first ride of the day on Toy Story Midway Mania for our group. This is also something you can have setup for your group event at Disney World by Pixie Vacations. There is a venue fee and also based on your menu selections determines your group price. For a Group event this and the EPCOT dessert party are both nice affordable options. Also remember the venues at Disney World already look amazing. So you don't have to rent a banquette hall at home, rent tables, table clothes, flowers, and dress it up. There are loads of venues at Disney World that are perfectly themed.
