How can the Senior Pastor release and empower the people to do God’s good work in the city? The gospel. The gospel, the good news of Jesus, is what penetrates a society. When the gospel permeates a society transformation can happen from the inside out through the spirit of God. It is when people reach a place of real need that we as a Church can engage and bring the gospel into that opportunity. We are constantly bombarded with the truths of the problems and injustices of today. We have to understand that in the end we win. Winning does not happen all at once, it takes strength and courage, and as Christians we cannot accomplish it without unity. As Christians using social media, how can we best communicate the gospel? Christians using social media is a great tool that we can use to convey what it is that we are about.  The presentation of the gospel in social media and the posture in which we take as we present the good news is key when posting and creating our mark. What people do not need is another person talking about their faith – what leaves a lasting impact is people living out their faith; as Christians using social media understanding and living this out is vital. Social media is a great place to show your faith to others, not just talk about it.
