‘Johnny’ screamed Neil. ‘The escalator is about to eat us!’ The jagged rusty teeth of the menacingly mechanical stairs pulled Neil and his (best) friend Johnny further and further underground. Being pulled closer and closer to certain death there could be only one hope of escape - the dome shaped structure that opens to the sky.

DC Rebirth has exploded into our universe! Or many universes. Hard to tell. Anyway, it's started out pretty sweet, and I'm excited for a new (old) direction for my favorite character, Superman. Batman has some weird things going on as well. And a Flash from the past! I'm geeking out pretty hard on this one. Also this week, we have a new issue of The Walking Dead (#155). A bit of talk about Game Of Thrones. And holy smokes, what an ending to the NBA Western Conference Finals!

Happy Shock Stock and Anime North weekend! We weren't able to join the conventions this weekend but we celebrated Shock Stock with 2 interviews with Dr. Stevil! He interviews Tony Todd(14:40) who played Candy Man And Sadie Katz(38:46) who was in Wrong Turn 5 from Shock Stock 2015! Meanwhile, another episode of GoT is done! The Team review "Blood of My Blood," well the best they could. They also discuss Screech getting out of jail, metal hand gestures, the band King Missile, and god only knows what else that was off topic.

I want to be a part of it...New York, New York! We've returned from the inaugural Hudson Valley Comic Con and had a great time. I even got to spend a few hours in New York City! Join me for the play-by-play of my Sunday night excursion with Michael Koske. Ghostbusters, Times Square, street hot dogs...we did it all! (Or as much as we could in 7 hours.)
