We’re going to start right on time; I’m just going to take for granted that everybody can see me and everybody is joining us. I’m very excited to host this Triathlon Research Lab event and if you have been watching you have to look and see the Endurance Zone show as sort of a preamble to what we’re going to talk about tonight. Anyway, the agenda for today is to talk about the off season. And obviously, if you live anywhere in the eastern part of the country and you’ve had a few nights or days where it start to cool down, we’re starting to talk about the out season. In won’t call it the off season because our main guest today is Coach Jeff Booher from TriDot training systems, will have something to say about that. So Tridot systems, well, let me tell you about Jeff, Jeff is the founder of TriDot systems which is the fastest growing triathlon training system in the country. It’s the only patent pending software on the market, the really, really cool thing about this is that it is crowd sourced. So it continues to adapt and evolve and become more intelligent. Now if that reminds you of the terminator films, it does kind of will go live or it should have gone live ready on 2012, so we’re past that. Jeff originally founded TriDot because he was looking to restore balance in his life, and still looking for better race results. Jeff is also a former intelligence specialist with the United States Army, so if you neglect to opt in to Jeff’s site, he will hack into your computer and steal your email address anyway. So that’s Jeff. We also have with us, let’s see if I could get this picture up manually. That’s Bill Burnett of Streamline Events. Say hi Bill. Bill B: Hi Danny. Danny K: Bill is going to talk us through a little bit, just going to handle a bulk of the talk tonight, but Bill’s going to tell us a little bit about what is it like being a race director. Bill is the founder and managing director of Streamline Events based outside of Boston and Streamline directs over ten triathlons in New England and Florida. Streamline’s has a triathlon located in 20 miles South of Boston; it’s one of the fastest sell out sprint triathlon in the country selling out 1200 spots in less than 15 minutes. And streamline was the first management firm to stage an age group draft legal event in Clermont, Florida and that is pretty awesome because anybody who’s seen the pros do draft legal event, we all want to get in and get in that phase line and race like that. In the equipment corner, this is still tentative. We were supposed to have Mr. Sean Jackson, not The Sean Jackson of Philadelphia Eagles, but Sean Jackson of Tri Tat Race Numbering System which is by far the best way to identify yourself and your equipment at any race or event and actually will be in Conna this year for the first time, which is huge for them I am Danny Kolker. I’m a producer with Endurance Films and the host of the show that you call Endurance Zone that you will see the link to above on this show page here. Again,
