Depression, the opposite of Joy, is the counterfit from Satan. Live a life in the fullness of the Sprirt and in the REALness of Heaven.

Penetecost Sunday we celebrate the coming of the Holy Spirit. Through this we want to be continually filled by the Spirit, not a one time filling.
