This is Manafest. Welcome to another I’m a Fighter Podcast. We want to entertain, inspire, and educate. And what a fighter is, is someone who never fails, a fighter is someone who never quits. I just got back from church earlier today. It was so good. One of the quotes that a pastor’s wife actually shared was that you are not a failure unless you quit, or you can’t lose unless you quit. So I shot a little video there and just posted that Facebook and Instagram. Because I just -- pumped, man. I love grabbing those little tidbits and those things that just stick out to you that make all the difference. My daughter, London, is currently sleeping upstairs. Hopefully she does not wake up during I have this recording of this Podcast. And I apologize I missed a week the other day, just because -- busy man. You know, it’s been… a transition for me being a… a father now, and just… with work, and travelling, and music, and just… just life. But I apologize. I want to make sure I am on this every week giving you guys inspiration, giving you encourage because I believe in you guys. And I just want to pump you up, man, because I’ve been so pumped up, and I’ve been so changed. And while I’m even… recording this right now, I want to look up this scripture because it was so powerful, because I was recording something for this radio thing that I’m doing, this little inspirational minutes. And I can’t remember what it is. I think it was proverbs 48 or 148. I’m like literally looking it up as I’m… as I’m recording this right now because it was just so good. And it’s just talking about… bitterness and how it’s rotten us to the bones. But peace gives life to the body. And the reason I shared about that is because a few weeks ago my pastor was talking about how forgiveness equals freedom. And I got to bring a buddy of mine to church with me who is not a believer who just got out of AA. And AA was encouraging him to go to church. To find faith in God because guess what? Because it works, that’s why. The bible works and not just these religious ceremonies because there’s practical stuff to keep you out of trouble. And the whole thing… forgiveness equals freedom. How powerful is that? You know, to let it go, because you’re not hurting other person, you’re hurting yourself. And I just look at the scripture today, it’s talking about how just that whole unforgiveness is rotten [inaudible][0:02:26.1], so I hope that really inspires you there. My mic just went weird there for a second. But anyways, this Podcast, I just want to talk about why your dream can’t wait. Why you can’t wait anymore to start your dream and why you need to start today. Not tomorrow, not in a week, not January 1st 2015, no, today. Start your dream today. Say that with me. Today, I’m starting my dream today. Why? Because if you don’t start you will never know. And just like me, and when I quit my job years ago, I didn’t want to wonder the rest of my life, “What if? What if? What if?” You know, there’s two types of pains. We can either go through that seethe of the pain of discipline or the pain of regret. And I prefer the pain of discipline. I prefer the pain of falling on my face and if I made a mistake. I would rather the pain of rejection even. Like even walking up to my… the girl who’s my wife now, to be able to have the guts to call her, to be able to phone her, and… and… and sure, I might get rejected. But you know what, I’d rather know than not know. And wouldn’t you rather know if this person likes you or if you’re really called to do this and put yourself on the line at least to find out? See if you got what it takes. Have you ever wondered that? You know, do I have what it takes? I used to wonder that. Do I really have what it takes to be an artist?
