Summary: A weekly show about riding bikes not just for fun and fitness, but also for transportation. Mike is a stay at home dad and owns no cars at all. He pushes his kids around in a fancy box bike most days. Randy commutes to work every day by bike and uses his one family car as little as possible.

Mike's family owns zero cars. They use only their bikes (and sometimes public transportation) to get where they need to go. Randy's family owns one car, but he has been commuting to work by bike and intends to continue doing so for the foreseeable future.
