We continue the conversation about eating disorders and discuss some ideas about how one can get help when they are struggling.

We discuss the topic of eating disorders. In this first episode we talk about the things that can lead up to an eating disorder. It can be a seriously debilitating and shame-filled condition.

We talk about sleep walking. It is a sometimes funny and sometimes scary. Lots of people do it. Some people even sleep text. Dr. Robert Kline talks with us about it and some of the more interesting things that people have done all in the name of sleep walking.

There is a somewhat confusing disorder called Body Dysmorphic Disorder. We tell the story of Bethany Storro from Washington State. She splashed acid on herself because she said she had BDD. We each have a parenting style, I bet you didn't know that. What style of parent you are often helps or hurts your child's future. We talked with Lars Larsen today. He is a national talk radio host that talks a lot about politics. We wanted to get his perspective on the current government shutdown. I found out a few things. 1) He is a passionate guy 2) It's hard to interrupt him 3) The government shutdown probably doesn't really matter too much.
