Medicare continues to reduce reimbursements to home health care companies.  Moreover Medicare also slows down the pace of reimbursements due to Additional Document Requests.  Simply put, there is more and more pressure on home health care companies to have access to cash flow.  Without it, home health care companies fall behind on their day to day payables that could jeopardize their entire operation.  Finding a lender who can factor Medicare receivables is a potential solution.

  It is important for both residential landlords and tenants to understand the various local and state laws that apply to their contractual relationship.
