My guest today is Marcus Woodson, a highly recruited defensive back out of Moss Point. Although Marcus battled several injuries during his college career, he learned how to overcome adversity and is now teaching that to his teams at Charleston Southern.

My guest today is Tony Bonds, Ole Miss center through 2005. Coming to Oxford from Alabama, Tony and his family fell in love with the coaching staff and knew that's exactly where he needed to be. After sharing about his football career, Tony catches us up on his family, his career, and his latest coaching project.

Welcome to the show today 5th year senior and offensive lineman Emmanuel McCray. Let's congratulate him on achieving his degree already, and we'll hear his thoughts on the offensive line, about the 'Go Big' formation, and what he has to say to Rebel Nation.

Today's guest, I want to welcome to the show a guy who was a standout on the offensive line for Ole Miss. He finished up in 2004 and one of the neat things about this guy is he was able to play alongside his brother which has to be pretty cool. Today's guest is Marcus Johnson.

Welcome back for part two of our talk with Coach Matt Insell. Today we're going to get a little more in depth into the members of the team and see if I can get the coach to go through his roster and introduce you all to these players and tell you a little bit about them. That's what today is intended for, kind of a get to know the Lady Rebels. So I'm just going to turn it over to Coach Insell.

I want to welcome to the show today, the new Women's Basketball Coach at Ole Miss in his first season there. There's been a lot said about his age. He is young, he just turned 31 not too long ago. He comes from a background where it would be interesting to see how his family and friends going way back always knew he would be involved in basketball one way or the other.

I want to welcome to the show today, a guy who I remember real well. He played on the defensive line, sometimes he was a defensive end and sometimes they had him in the middle of the line. He came out of Memphis, Tennessee. He took a little short stop on the way to Ole Miss which we'll talk about but he ended up playing at Ole Miss and wrapped up in 2008. Welcome my guest to the show - Bryon Bennett, defensive lineman for the Rebels. Today, I'll get his reaction to Coach Freeze's press conference and hear about his journey through his redshirt year to his experiences this season.

Today's guest finished up at Ole Miss in 2003. He came out of Oxford High School and went on to be on an offensive line and when I go back to the years he was at Ole Miss, I remember the offensive line was an impressive group of young men. Today I'd like to welcome to the show - Cliff Woodruff.

Today I'd like to welcome my guest - he's a special guest - and I always say that any time you have a Rebel who wore Number 38, that alone makes them special but then you add in everything else…this guy was an All-SEC performer, All-SEC in track as well. He went on to play in the Canadian Football League, I'm so happy to have Derek Jones on the show today.

I want to welcome to the show today, my guest, Ben Craddock. Ben finished up in 2000 and I can tell you just based upon my experience with him on twitter, this guy is a Rebel 100% through and through. He actually played at a time and was on the teams that are real special teams to me. When I go back and look through the roster of those years, and I've had probably about a half dozen on previous shows, I think that some of my favorite players of all time played during the time when he was on the team.

Time sure does fly as today's guest is Senior Offensive Lineman Jared Duke. Jared and I have some laughs over the gatorade incident at the end of Saturday's game, talk about one of the keys to our win Saturday - the performance of the offensive line, and about the upcoming game with Idaho. He is a great guy who will be missed on campus.

Today I'd like to welcome two guests I have today are also the first guests I have had to represent the Ole Miss tennis program. To say these two young women represent the Rebel tennis program well is definitely an understatement. Today's guests are Kristi Boxx and Abby Guthrie who are All-American, All-SEC, and whose honors show that they definitely had wonderful college careers. Not only did they excel at the sport they chose, but they've also received many academic honors that show they performed well off the court as well.

Today's guest is another on the long list of punters we've been fortunate to have. Cody Ridgeway was an outstanding student and athlete at Ole Miss that attended Ole Miss from 2000 to 2005. When he left, he was the 6th best punting average in Ole Miss history. Cody came from Jackson, Tennessee in a family that had talent; his father was a place kicker for the University of Alabama. With family ties to Alabama, Cody had several scholarship offers but he knew SEC football and thats what he loved. Alabama didn't offer him a scholarship that took them out of the equation really fast because as a kid coming out of high school Cody wanted to go to a school that really wanted him. He went through recruitment and it really came down to Ole Miss and Virginia Tech. Virginia Tech was still in the Big East and was doing good things with Michael Vick on their team but there was just something about SEC football. The opportunity to go play at a first-rate school like Ole Miss and play under Coach Cutcliffe came along and it was too good to pass up. I ask Cody what he remembers most when he looks back at his time at Ole Miss and obviously the run they had in 2003 sticks out in his head. It was something very special and he thinks that LSU game, even though it was a loss, is still one of those games that makes the hair on the back of your neck stand up if you watch replays of it. He also remembers a big win against Florida at home when they were ranked 2 or 3. The big Cotton Bowl win at the end of the season of course couldn't be left, out but he says there are just too many memories to list.
