The Bills cleaned house this offseason, bringing in new leadership from the top of the front office all the way down to the quarterback position.  Russ Brandon, Dough Whaley and Doug Marrone now provide the direction, and their first big step was to draft EJ Manuel to eventually take the reigns.  But Manuel is far from the only fresh talent making its way to upstate New York. With several dynamic players on both sides of the ball, the Bills could finally be headed in the right direction. It seems just about everybody thinks the Seahawks are ready to do big things. And it's hard to argue- lots of talent, speed and aggressiveness flying all over the field for Coach Pete Carroll. The Steelers are coming off a sub-par season (although, it should be noted some of us rooting for other teams around the NFL would LOVE a season so subpar), and have a lot on their plate. The whole team is aging, they lost a few key players, and for the first time in what seems like forever, league observers seem to be sensing a crack in the formerly impenetrable Steel Curtain. It's such a fascinating team heading into 2013 that we decided we needed to double up on the expertise. We invited Sigmund Bloom of FootballGuys.com and ESPN's Matt Williamson to give us the educated fan's view on things in Pittsburgh. And believe you us, they did not disappoint. The Jets are coming off a circus-like 2012. From Tebow to the Buttfumble, it all went pretty badly for the J-E-T-S. Super Bowl 47 is over, and the Baltimore Ravens are the Champs.  Helluva game, and Ryan Burns and Sen Sogah are ready to re-live it and break it down for you. They hit all the predictable (and a few less than predictable) elements, make clever cultural references and even argue childishly over the deservingness (or not) of certain turncoat bastard NFL franchise owners.  We know it's the offseason, in theory. But that doesn't mean you shouldn't GET YOUR HELMET ON!!

After a long winter, Burns and Sen Dog are excited to finally be back with a new episode of the FOOTBALL SICKNESS PODCAST!  We might have been down, but we were not out.  The Super Bowl provides the perfect backdrop for the return of the 'cast.  We'll make predictions and break it all down from more angles than a geometry teacher.  We'll look back at some of the highlights from the NFL and college football seasons, we'll tease you with some NFL Draft goodness, and of course we each get to vent about our respective squads.  Can't wait to take in this Ravens-Niners matchup and discuss it with you all next week.  But now, for the final time this season...GET YOUR HELMET ON!!
