 LAB71-CHIP’s TV Show-A Walk Down Memory Lane | Listen in | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 1:33:12

PODCAST-Anyone who knows anything about riding street motorcycles surely remembers or had heard of the hit TV series CHIP's! Even those that have never ridden a motorcycle have either heard of or watched the show themselves. The show has had a long lasting impact on many and we wanted to dive into and reminisce in this podcast episode. We have it packed with information and fun facts. There were many actors that appeared in the series each season, which aired from 1977-1983. Of course we all remember the main duo, Officer Jon Baker, played by Larry Wilcox, & Officer Frank Poncherello (Ponch), played by Erik Estrada. Sgt. Joseph Getraer played by Robert Pine was their direct supervisor on the show. Don't forget the beautiful Randi Oakes who played Officer Bonnie Clark. Ponch was the macho, rambunctious one and Jon was his straight-laced partner. The two didn't always see eye to eye on set, but have since reconciled. Each had their contract negotiation issues later in the series. Larry Wilcox actually did not return for the entire last season due to salary issues.  LAB-70-Why You Should Have Officers, Leadership, & Structure in Your Motorcycle Biker Club PT. #2 | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 59:18

PODCAST & BLOGB-This is part two of a two part motorcycle club leadership podcast series. You really need to listen in on Episode 69 (Part 1) of the series to put this episode in context. Motorcycle biker clubs can operate in many different ways. Some are unorganized and lack leadership within. In a sense, and depending on your definition, that may not even be considered a true "motorcycle club", but more of a "riding group". In my years I have watched many motorcycle clubs and groups come and go and I can guarantee in most every case it was because of a lack of organization, structure, and leadership. With poor or no leadership there is no order or any reason for members to even have order. With that comes little groups & clicks within, lack of direction, lack of order, lack of pride, & lack of control. That will all erode a club or group's foundation in time.  LAB-69-Why You Should Have Officers, Leadership, & Structure in Your Motorcycle Biker Club PT. #1 | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 54:07

PODCAST & BLOG-This is part one of a two part motorcycle club leadership podcast series. I helped start and was the president of another larger motorcycle club chapter for many years. I also helped create and form the Sworn Few LEMC from the ground up, in which I am currently the Mother Chapter President. I can tell you, successful clubs that want very close knit long lasting brotherhood & success have a structured environment and leadership for an array of reasons. Overall, lack of leadership and structure will ultimately lead to problems that often times ends a club or groups existence. And that is a shame. What type of leadership & structure should my motorcycle club have? A traditional motorcycle club can have an array of positions, which can all have a varying degree of responsibility within the club structure. At minimum, a successful club should hold elections and have the membership elect a President, Vice President, Secretary, & Treasurer. Sergeant at Arms and Road Captains are very nice to have and can be elected or appointed. Bylaws will be of utmost importance, which will guide election protocols and term limits. Once a motorcycle club or group elects officers then very detailed bylaws should be written with input from all members. Bylaws should not be taken lightly and in the end may decide whether a club succeeds or fails. A Bylaw Committee within can be formed and oversee that process if necessary. Those bylaws must be voted on before they can go into effect as a rule of thumb. As a motorcycle club member do you give up your voice to change things within a club? Absolutely not, if the bylaws and structure of the club are formed properly at the very beginning. Leadership within a well organized club is never about who has power nor should it be. These leaders oversee and protect the club's reputation, performance, standards, and direction. Leaders within a motorcycle club are  essentially conductors of what should be a smooth running operation. The power ultimately remains with the membership and that is the way your  bylaws should be written form the start. For example, in the Sworn Few LEMC the president of a chapter only votes in the event of a tie between membership, which hardly ever happens. We are very proud of how we wrote our bylaws and it keeps any one person from having too much power or control in the club. Of course, there always needs to be some exceptions, such as in the event of emergencies, safety concerns, or a conflict which puts the clubs reputation, function, or order at immediate risk. Of course all those matters which are decided on the spot by a leader will still later be voted on by the true power, which is the membership. Hopefully, with proper member selection a leader never has to use that sort of authority. Remember the golden rule; the number of members should never be a priority, but instead quality of members and true brothers. The larger an organization is, the harder it is to keep it in order. There should not be a big stronghold of power by any one individual,

LAB-68-Sit, Stay, Ride Motorcycle Sidecar Dogs Documentary Film Interview With Creator Eric Ristau | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 1:08:48

PODCAST-In this episode I have the pleasure of interviewing Eric Ristau from Missoula, Montana. Eric and his wife Geneva are independent filmmakers. Their most recent film is called Sit Stay Ride and is a special story of America's motorcycle sidecar dogs and was about a year in the making. They started the film as a crowdfunding project on Kickstarter and it was quickly funded and went into production. It was clear many supported this sort of movie, which is a documentary film on motorcyclists and their dogs that ride in their motorcycle side cars. The movie is filmed in numerous states and riders from all walks of life are subjects of the documentary. The movie really captures the essence of both the freedom of riding a motorcycle along with the close relationships between man and dog. So, the movie will capture not only the attention of bikers & motorcyclists, but also that of avid dog lovers. Or anyone who wants to see a well put together documentary and be inspired about the simpler things in life. The best part is that 25% of the proceeds of this film will be donated to animal rescue organizations! The movie is available on DVD, Bluray, and it can also be purchased or rented to immediately stream and view. Additionally, you can also bring the movie to the big screen by hosting a screening in your area by going to Tugg.com Sit Stay Ride: The Story of America's Sidecar Dogs - Official Trailer from Ristau & Liimatta on Vimeo.

LAB-67-Motorcycle Lift Tables & What you Need to Know-Guest Ian Gilmore of Redline Engineering | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 1:01:40

PODCAST-We have created a new resource here at Law Abiding Biker™ Podcast & Media. There is now a page that has everything to do with motorcycle lift tables and jacks. We are reviewing, filming, and testing these lifts and jacks for all the bikaholics out there! The market is saturated with these things and it can be very hard to sift through. Yes, there is a lot of junk out there and some are even unsafe! In this podcast episode you will listen in as I actually talk with Ian Gilmore of Redline Engineering. I end up ordering the Titan 1000D motorcycle lift table and you get to hear the entire process! Ian has a ton of information about motorcycle lift tables and the industry in general. The market is saturated with motorcycle lift tables, jacks, & companies. It can be overwhelming when you start shopping for a lift. The last thing we want is for a biker/motorcyclist to spend their hard-earned money on a motorcycle lift table or jack only to get ripped off or treated badly by a company that doesn’t care about them. Customer service is super important to us here and we will not give our money to any company that does not have the absolute best of customer service. There are just too many choices for me to put up with that. There are many things you need to be aware of when shopping for and purchasing a motorcycle lift table.  There can be shipping complications that can leave you high and dry if you don't have the necessary facts, information, and procedures. That is exactly what this phone call is all about with Ian. Listen in and we can all get educated together.  LAB-66-Skully AR-1 Motorcycle Helmet vs. Harley Boom!™ Box Infotainment System | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 1:18:37

PODCAST-In this episode we talk all about the new Skully AR-1 motorcycle smart helmet that can be ordered in matte black or gloss white, sizes small through XXL for $1, 499. And the San Francisco based company says they predict you will get the helmet into your hands in July of 2015. What is the hype with this new motorcycle helmet and is it right for you? Do you ride a sports bike, dual sport, or a cruiser? It does make a difference for many. Do you want more technology in your face? Or do you want to detach for a bit and feel the wind in your face? The Skully AR-1 smart helmet has a very small cube screen that sits off to the lower right of the rider's cheek inside the helmet. This cube heads up display screen sits behind the visor and is attached. The helmet has a fisheye style camera in the rear. A rider can glance over and to the right and see what is behind in the heads up display. At the same time the rider really doesn't have to take his eyes off the road in front of him. Additionally, the Skully AR-1 has integrated GPS with integrated speakers for turn by turn directions along with bluetooth capability to connect to your smartphone and listen to music. You can also talk on your bluetooth connected smartphone while riding your motorcycle. Things such as your speed can also be displayed in the heads up display. It is all finished off with a technology fighter pilots use to tint the visor with the push of a button. CEO of Skully Systems Marcus Weller's biggest selling point for the AR-1 is the ability to have situational awareness and keep line of sight on the road in front of you. The idea of the Skully helmet came to him after he was involved on a motorcycle collision when looking down at a GPS unit. He started it all off with a crowd funding campaign, which quickly grew. Marcus Weller will certainly have an immediate market for the AR-1 in the sports bike and dual sport motorcycle arena, however at $1,499 many of those riders won't make that huge financial leap either. They will stick with their current full face or modular helmet. It is going to be hard for the AR-1 to make an impact in the enormous cruiser motorcycle riding market. A majority of bikers on cruisers, especially Harley-Davidson, may not want this helmet nor give it a second look. Bikers like this want an open face helmet, the wind in their face and maybe even a detachment from some technology as they ride into the sunset with no thoughts or stresses. Harley-Davidson already has all this technology and more in the form of the awesome Boom!™ Box Infotainment System (in dash), but not in a helmet heads up display like the AR-1. Harley started outfitting touring models with the system in 2014 and continue to do so. The Harley Boom!™ Box system has integrated GPS with turn by turn voice guidance, bluetooth, wireless streaming music form your smartphone, the ability to receive phone calls, satellite radio capabilities, and more all on a gorgeous 6.5 inch touch screen display. You can hear you music through the large fairing speakers while riding at 70+ down the road. And still feel the wind in your face. Check out our #1 Best Selling Boom!™ Box Tutorial Videos! Of course this Boom!™ Box system comes stock now on new Harley touring models, so for most it is not reasonable to go out, spend an additional $1,499 on the Skully  AR-1, and then basically let the Boom!™ Box system take a back seat. Of course the Boom!™ Box does not have a rear view camera, but that could be added by HD in the future & could even be seen on the very large touch screen display.

 LAB-65-Iron Order Motorcycle Club-Official Podcast Interrogation-Part 2 of 2 | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 45:07

PODCAST-This is Part Two of a two part interview with Ray "Izod" Lubesky of the Iron Order Motorcycle Club. Izod was one of the founding members of the Iron Order MC, one of the "first eight", and the International President for many years.  We dive deep into everything you need to know about this club. The Iron Order claims to be a law abiding club and I can find no credible evidence to the contrary. The Iron Order MC is not a Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club (LEMC) nor do they claim such. They do have law enforcement members along with many other walks of like. They don't claim criminal 1%er status and don't allow criminals in their club. Some in the law abiding biker world believe the Iron Order may be on the edge and have concerns about what they stand for and what they portray online. There are more risky images & activities online from this club compared to other law abiding biker clubs you see.  There are actual Facebook pages and other media that are dedicated to bashing the Iron Order MC and I don't see that with other law abiding biker clubs.  I ask the tough questions in this interview and Izod has some great answers that may just change your mind if you have any concerns. You will definitely want to listen in on both podcast episodes dedicated to this interview. You won't hear interviews like this on any other motorcycle/biker podcast out there. You've found the #1 listened to Biker Podcast in the world! The Iron Order is a very large international motorcycle club. Like all law abiding biker clubs should do, they refuse to follow the so called "Confederation of Clubs" (COC) unwritten rules, whom have no authority over free members of the motorcycling community. They have no authority over anyone unless you willfully let them control you. For the most part only the criminal biker community gives them any attention. Criminal bikers make up far less than 1% of all bikers/motorcyclists on the road. Because the Iron Order MC wears a three piece patch, is not an LE club, they are out there, they have many large club houses, and refuse to submit to ridiculous unwritten criminal biker code, they may draw extra attention from bashers in the criminal biker world that humorously think the motorcycling majority cares what they have to say. Don't forget, there are other large non LE clubs out there like the Iron Order in many ways. Don't ever be ruled by any unauthorized organization or body. Motorcycling is about freedom and that trumps on the very freedom of this great country and the open road. Part 1 of the interview (Episode #64) About the Iron Order MC (sent by Izod) The Iron Order MC was started by a few hardcore bikers in a garage on July 4, 2004. It is fitting that our club anniversary is celebrated on the same day as our great country's Independence Day since our club is totally independent and beholden to none, to follow our own destiny truly free from all other's rules and protocols. These bikers came from different backgrounds and walks of life. They had a desire to share brotherhood and socialize together as a group of men sharing a like mindset with an iron resolve to have a club of their own under no one's control or direction. That is how the IOMC was started and how it is today. This is the heritage of the IOMC. We refuse to be dictated to by anyone as to who we have as members, where we can have chapters, what we can wear, where we can go, or what we can do. We have learned many things about the MC world over the past years. We respect all clubs and support those that support us. We are independent and choose to mind our own business.

 LAB-Sons of Anarchy (SOA) Season 7; Eps 13-SERIES FINALE-Podcast | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 1:48:16

PODCAST-We are covering the Series Finale of the Sons of Anarchy television show, which aired on December 9, 2014 on FX Network and was titled "Papa's Goods". We loved the SOA series and have mostly good things to say about this completely fictional show about a criminal motorcycle/biker club. Many loyal viewers and listeners of this podcast found the series finale to be a bit anti-climatic and not necessarily written to expectations. It seemed rushed and left many things up in the air. Out of fairness, that may have been the purpose to leave room for a follow up show or movie. Jax ends up tying more things up in preparation for his death. He advises Nero to take the boys to Norco, CA. He does not want them growing up in Charming and his death is to end a saga of bad family and life decisions over generations. Jax destroys all documents left behind by his deceased father John Teller. He also destroys his own journals and wants to leave nothing behind to be dredged up by anyone. He truly wants a better life for his young boys Abel and Thomas. Accompanying Nero and the boys to the farm will be Wendy, who is Jax's ex-wife, but they recently rekindled their relations. Get all the SOA DVD's (Amazon affiliate link) Sons of Anarchy DVD Set Jax received a Mayhem vote from the president's of other chapters that were selected to review the incident where Jax killed Jury, the President of the Indian Hills Chapter, after Jax thought he had ratted to the Chinese where SAMCRO was stashing their guns. Jax accepts this fate and it seems to be part of his overall plan. After accepting the Mayhem vote his only request was to have one old unwritten club bylaw changed. We learn that he wants each chapter to decide on whether to allow African Americans to patch in. Later, T.O., President of the Grim Bastards MC, is allowed to patch into SAMCRO, changing a long history in the club. We are still not sure why Jax did this other than to do something he saw as good before dying. Jax has a sit down with Chibs, one of the members he is closest to, and explains his plan to die. He wants to leave the club in good hands and for his boys to be free of the life. Chibs of course has a hard time swallowing this pill, but knows he must trust Jax's decision. We learn that the suspicious homeless women that has been seen for 7 seasons now is Jax's guardian angel, often in the form of a Raven. He meets her and she gives him the okay that it is time to put this plan into action. She gives him a blanket and we see a shot of her leaving a piece of partially eaten bread and some wine behind. This is clearly a play on Christianity where Jesus gives his disciples bread and wine as a symbol of his body and blood, which was given up to forgive the sins of man.  LAB-63-Justifiable Homicide Ruling for Biker in Jacksonville Beach, FL @ Nippers Beach Grille Shooting | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 1:04:37

On June 26, 2014 at 8:00 PM innocent victim Kristopher Stone was forced to shoot criminal biker Zachariah Tipton after he and another Black Pistons member stalked him & then committed a brutal two on one gang style assault on him outside Nippers Beach Grille in Jacksonville Beach, Florida. Based on the overwhelming evidence, the State Attorney stated that Stone was well within the law to defend his life from the brutal attack. Unlike other non credible blogs our there, we here at Law Abiding Biker Podcast & Media have remained fair and balanced on this matter and examined what evidence was slowly presented. No assumptions were made here & we were waiting for all the evidence, which has now been released by the State Attorney. There can be no more lies or ridiculous speculation and conspiracy theories. The evidence speaks so loudly as to exactly what happened that only the most ignorant persons would even try to argue. Look at the facts and evidence yourself based on the investigation and the truth will slap you in the face. There is recorded video surveillance of the stalking & entire brutal two on one gang style attack of victim Kristopher Stone. There are over 200 independent witnesses that were interviewed. I love the recorded video surveillance of the attack for its evidentiary value & it puts argument to rest for good. Read Official State Attorney's Release Here Opening Monologue: (Asphalt Angel) Based on the overwhelming evidence, here are the high points and FACTS of the incident: Zachariah Tipton was a criminal with a criminal record, which included a conviction for battery. He was a member of the Black Pistons criminal motorcycle gang, whom are a "puppet club" to the Outlaws criminal motorcycle gang. Tipton had alcohol and marijuana in his system. He had several knives and brass knuckles on his person along with an empty gun holster near his waist and 2 magazines filled with hollow point bullets. He purposely wore his helmet and gloves for the planned attack. Kristopher Stone is a prospective member of the Iron Order MC, which is a non criminal motorcycle club. He is a military vet and was a combat medic. He has no criminal record and was not drinking alcohol, but was only drinking water prior to the attack. He was not carrying any illegal weapons & only his concealed pistol in which he legally carried under the law. Stone was so scared for his life that he urinated himself during the brutal attack. Many of men have urinated during a fight or flight situation. I have even seen men defecate during intense fearful situations. Victim Kristopher Stone was simply standing near some motorcycles outside Nippers Beach Grille near another Iron Order prospective member minding his own business & completely unaware he was being stalked and would soon be brutally assaulted. It was still very light outside and numerous people were around. The recorded video is of great quality. Black Pistons member Zachariah Tipton is the last of a group of Black Piston members that all ride past the victim and park their motorcycles down the road. Tipton purposely leaves his helmet and gloves on and with other Black Piston members starts walking towards Stone's location. They use the cover of several parked automobiles and snake around them to try and sneak up on Stone. Tipton actually ducks into a breezeway for a moment during his secretive animal like approach. Two members snake around the front of victim Stone and Tipton comes up behind him. Stone was likely not aware Tipton is behind him. Without notice Tipton sucker punches the victim from behind and he goes to the ground. Tipton & the other Black Piston member begin brutally punching and kicking the victim while he is on the ground. It is two grown men beating the victim after sucker punching him.

 LAB-Sons of Anarchy (SOA) Season 7; Eps 12-Podcast | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 1:49:10

We are covering Sons of Anarchy Television Episode 12, which aired on December 2, 2014 on the FX Network. We only have one more episode, which will air next Tuesday December 9, 2014, before the series finale! We are all so sad that our beloved "fictional" motorcycle club show will be over. Make sure to bookmark our Live Page, as we will be live next Wednesday December 10, 2014 at 7:00 PM (PST). This will be one night after the season finale airs on FX Network. You absolutely won't want to miss this Live Podcast Episode. Don't worry, if you can't listen live we will be releasing the regular on demand podcast episode on iTunes, Stitcher Radio, TuneIn Radio etc. the following day as usual. We are going to have so much to say and the studio will be full. Lurch, Chewy, and Ryan Urlacher will be live and we hope to have one more mic hot that night. We will likely even have a giveaway! Here is a brief of what is going on and our predictions Everything Jax is doing this episode seems to be steering towards his acceptance that he is going to die. He has a leg ailment that we believe to be much more serious than is being let on. He may know that he is going to die and is using that as a reason to square everything away. He seems to be trying to get all the criminal street hustlers to agree on an ultimate takeover. However, he is leaving SAMCRO completely out of the mix. This is likely because since taking the presidency he has always wanted to get SAMCRO out of criminal activity. That is what his deceased father John Teller wanted and wrote in his secretive journals Jax has been reading. Jax seems at peace and often smiles even though he will likely die. The SOA presidents meet and Jax admits that he was wrong about Jury, President of the Indian Hills Chapter, being the snitch and in fact it was Charlie Berosky. Jax admits that he was caught up and lied to them & that he killed Jury. The presidents all know that based on this information a Mayhem vote to kill Jax is going to take place. Jax doesn't care and says for the best of the club he will make sure and have all his guys vote for his death. In return Jax wants them to remove and unwritten bylaw/rule, but we are not privileged to know what that is. Patreon DO YOU WANT TO BECOME A PATRON AND SUPPORT US?   We believe Jax wants the unwritten rule removed, which is that SOA MC does not allow black members. Remember back that Jax asked the President of the black Grim Bastards MC if he would patch over (join SAMCRO) and who he would bring with him. The President of the Grim Bastards even told Jax that black members were not allowed and Jax told him, "not yet". We believe that the reason Jax wants this allowed is so before his death SAMCRO gains valuable new members and protection of the club. Many of us were so surprised that Jax actually pulled the trigger on Unser, but most importantly on Gemma, his mother. We think Jax knows that he is going to die, so he will not have to live with the fact that he killed his own mother who had betrayed him. You see, Jax may believe that only way he ends this senseless violence and lifestyle is to end both Gemma's life and his own. The only way to break the cycle is to make sure they don't exist. This may be the only way that his sons Abel and Thomas don't have to live the very life that both Jax and his father John Teller lived. With Gemma and he gone there will be nobody to introduce them further to this lifestyle of violence and murder Nero is already taking Wendy and the boys to the farm where he wants to retire from running the Biz Lat street gang. He wants out as bad as anyone and Jax encourages him to take Wendy and the boys. He thanks Nero for taking care of the boys.

PODCAST-Is it legal for private businesses to refuse service to members of the law abiding biker motorcycle clubs for simply wearing "colors", club affiliation patches worn on biker's vests? We have been asked this question many times here and recently received a voicemail asking this very question once again. You may hear many different things and less than truthful information and that can be frustrating for many bikers. So, as usual we broke it down for the biker community, so listen in on this debate and information! At the end of the day it doesn't really always matter what we as bikers believe should happen, but what is fact. Know that this will likely be a civil issue unless your behavior turns it into a criminal issue. Things to think about before acting: If you are confronted with a business refusing service to you as a biker then take a breath, leave calmly, and never go back to or support that business. You will never win by causing a scene or getting disorderly. If you believe your civil rights have been trampled then converse with an attorney to see what your legal options are if any. At best it will be a long expensive drawn out civil lawsuit, so choose wisely. Further, share your experience with as many bikers as you can via podcasts, other social media platforms, local media etc. In this day an age it is not tough to get the word out to let bikers know of "not biker friendly" establishments and we can hit them in the pocket book where it really matters. This may also bring awareness to many. There are websites and social media platforms dedicated to this. It will serve no purpose to cause a scene, as the business will then really have a reason to have you leave the premises. Plus, that is exactly how these business owners expect you to act, because they watched one television show at some point in their life depicting criminal bikers. Do the entire biker community a favor and walk away and handle it through proper channels. We don't want to damage the image criminal bikers have already given us, which is why these businesses don't want us in their establishment in the first place. Do your best to be polite and make them double think their decision. You have to realize that most persons that aren't in the motorcycling community may not readily know the difference between patches and clubs, so patience and education over time and our actions is the only way to handle this. Federal Civil Rights Act: The Federal Civil Rights Act guarantees all people the right to "full and equal enjoyment of the goods, services, facilities, privileges, advantages, and accommodations of any place of public accommodation, without discrimination or segregation on the ground of race, color, religion, or national origin." The right to refuse service-Can they really do this? Like it or not, businesses or venues appear to have the right to refuse service at times, but there are civil rules and guidelines for that sort of action. Much of this argument is subjective and not objective. What I mean is that if a business simply admits that they refused service to a biker with patches solely for that reason, then that biker may have a civil case. Or clearly, if they refused service based on race, color, religion, or national origin then they would have a civil case. However, it seems clear that if the business believes that your [biker] admittance may cause issues or safety concerns then they can refuse admittance or service. That would be the "subjective" intent of the business owner. Not just the "objective" matter of you wearing a patch and that you belong to a motorcycle club. Case law seems to point towards some guidelines: Owners of establishments, or venues, cannot just arbitrarily discriminate because they don’t like what someone is wearing. If an establishment does have a dress code, they must enforce the dress code uniformly so that it is applicable to all, and so that it is not enforced in a discriminatory manner....

It is a lot of fun and there is live chat, so you can get involved. You get a behind the scenes look. The biggest development of course is the fact that young Abel finally ratted out Gemma for killing Tara Knowles. Wendy, Jax's ex-wife and blood mother of Abel, and Jax are getting very close and she has moved in. Wendy spills her guts to Jax and rats out Gemma for helping harbor Juice when he was wanted by the club. And tells him that Unser was involved. Armed with all this information, Jax goes directly to Unser and calls him out. In turn Unser told Jax that Chris Dunn, whom both Gemma and Juice blame for the murder of Tara, was in a Las Vegas jail the night of the murder. Remember, Dunn was murdered by Jax, as he believed he was responsible for the murder based on Gemma's false information. Jax wants a meeting in jail with Juice and for Unser to help set it up.   Our Tech Gripper Cell Phone Motorcycle Mount Affiliate Link: Need a motorcycle cell phone or GPS mounting solutionBikaholics? Juice finally spills his guts and tells Jax the truth and everything that went down the night of Tara's murder. Jax tells him he appreciates him telling the truth and that his death will be quick in return. Juice calls Gemma immediately after to tell her what he did. Jax had promised Unser that he would record the conversation with Juice at the jail, but Jax had Tully get him a room with no cameras. Per Unser, the terms of his getting the meet with Juice was that if Jax crossed him he would never help him or his family again. Unser and Jax later talk at Teller Motors and Unser is pissed off that Jax double crossed him once again. Jax ends up punching Unser in the presence of Sheriff Jarry. Unser is getting very close to solving the murder and wants Jax off the streets before he kills anyone else. He and Sheriff Jarry put out an All Points Bulletin on Jax for assault. Tully set up the stage for Lynn's murder and Juice meets Lynn tied up in a boiler room inside the jail. Juice had been provided a cell phone with a video camera to record Lynn's confession about whom told him about the location of the guns that SAMCRO had jacked from his crew earlier in the season. Juice promised not to murder him if he just told the truth about that matter and not to testify against SAMCRO to get his jail sentence lightened. Patreon DO YOU WANT TO BECOME A PATRON AND SUPPORT US? Lynn's information was that it was not Jury of the SOA Indian Hills Chapter as Jax had suspected. Remember that Jax shot President Jury in the presence of his Vice President after they got into an altercation about this very issue at an oil drill site. Lynn stated that is was Charlie Berosky, the dirty ex-cop that controls the ports in Stockton, that ratted. We here at the Law Abiding Biker Podcast have predicted this for...

Several people, couple forums, & dealer suggested going back to factory Harley plugs because they are built with some anti knock feature or something like that. What's your opinion on my plug situation. Wife & I are doing a four state road trip and I'm trying to avoid problems. There is a lot of information out on the internet about motorcycle spark plugs and much of it is confusing or contradicting. Oscar is in the studio on this episode and really breaks the facts down for you, so you can make an educated decision the next time your motorcycle requires new spark plugs. We are regular day to day hardcore bikers and want to find out what really matters & what is fluff with motorcycle spark plugs. Consider using our AMAZON AFFILIATE LINK to purchase NGK Iridium Spark Plugs for your motorcycle if you find this free blog and podcast useful. There is a great selection of motorcycle spark plugs on Amazon at good prices. The stock Harley Davidson plugs are a bit cheaper than the aftermarket NGK Iridium plugs or other aftermarket spark plug brands. Knowing that factory spark plugs on newer Harley Davidson motorcycle's under normal operating conditions only need to be changed out every 30,000 miles or so is something to take into account. The iridium plugs claim they can last even longer than that. We have noticed slight differences when using NGK Iridium spark plugs over stock Harley Davidson spark plugs, such as faster engine start up. The bike we used is Oscar's 2012 Harley Davidson Ultra Limited with a Power Commender V installed, which can make your engine start slower. In our tests the iridium plugs reversed that slow start some. Our Custom Biker Gripper Cell Phone & GPS Mounts Need a motorcycle cell phone or GPS mounting solution Bikaholics?  LAB – Sons of Anarchy (SOA) Season 7; Eps 10 – Podcast | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 2:02:08

PODCAST-In this podcast episode we cover Sons of Anarchy Season 7 Episode 10, which aired on November 11, 2014 and was titled "Faith and Despondency". We all saw the opening montage with numerous sexual scenes. Tig with Venus, Gemma with Nero, Chibs with Sheriff Jarry, Rat with some blonde whore, Happy with a whore, Juice taking it from behind from Tully, Jax with with a whore, and poor Wendy taking care of herself. We later see that Tig and Venus are going to take their relationship to the next level and maybe play house or something. Nero still wants to sell off his half of Diosa to Mayans President Marcus Alvarez. Nero has grand plans on moving to a farm and taking Gemma with him. Jax does not seem ready to loose Nero as a business partner. Abel is having problems since he has been eavesdropping on Gemma in past episodes. He is self mutilating and then advises child protective services that Gemma caused his injuries. Abel ends the episode by basically telling Jax that Gemma killed Tara. While the child services investigation is being conducted Gemma cannot see Abel and Thomas. Wendy moves into Jax's home to watch the boys and they seem to be getting very close again even though they are divorced. There is a power struggle within the Aryan Brotherhood and a guy named "Otis" is taking over as Tully's first hand man on the outside. Leeland is being replaced and not happy about it. Otis seems loyal to SAMCRO. Leeland later shows up at the hospital to kill Deputy Egly, who is still recovering from being shot by him and his crew. He thinks she is going to talk and wants her dead. However, Jax and crew get a heads up from a pissed off Aryan Brotherhood member they shoot and later kill. Unser is waiting at the hospital for Leeland and puts three bullets in him. That's right, Law Abiding Biker Media put our logo on these mounts & we personally use them on our motorcycles! The sexiest, lightest, and strongest mounts available period. Good prices and fast shipping from our store? Check out our COMPLETE REVIEW Tyler is still loyal to Jax, although the episode made us have our doubts. Rat and T.O., the Grim Bastards MC President, are taken by Moses Cartwright. Tyler acted as if he was giving T.O. up to prove his loyalty to August Marks, who is in jail after Latricia's affidavit and the pastor's body were found on his construction property. Tyler gives Jax and crew the heads up. Rat and T.O. are beat some in the same holding cell that Bobby occupied before his death last episode. T.O. acts as if he has been broken and gives Moses a false map to where Latricia and her son are being held for protection. Waiting at the location are SAMCRO, Otis and some other AB, and the Grim Bastards. In vengeance for Bobby, Jax rips Moses' eyeball out, others cut his fingers off, and Jax shoots him in the head.
