This is a the crippling condition of manhood that is still hanging in the air unchallenged in our society greatly accepted as law. It is ingrained in the psyche of too many men that they are not supposed to express their emotional pains or joy with the outward display of tears. Unfortunately this is an unwritten law and it's cutting the lifespan of our men short who feel the stresses of everyday life just like our women but in their mind must hold it in like a pressure cooker usually with disastrous results. Nervous breakdowns, high blood pressure, dysfunctional relationships, mental illness, depression and an extreme stress are but a few of the results that are spawned from submitting to the credo that one must refrain from expressing ones feelings to their peers when the emotions run high in stressful times. How did we as men come to embrace such a toxic mentality in the first place? Why do we feel as though we are less than a man when we cry out to release what we feel inside? Who told us that real men don't cry and how is it reinforced in our society? How can we move beyond this very limiting state of being to focus our energies on becoming more healthy in our ability to communicate our needs to others who care without the implied status of being considered a failure when we do? Our upbringing, media macho reinforcement and the unhealthy expectations of a twisted society who expect us to be superman all have a stake in why we as men have become trapped behind the stifling armor of what true manhood is as we cry out from within. Tonight we want the support of our women and we need the men to come and speak out on this uncomfortable position that has been unfairly placed on us at a time in history when so much is expected of us when we need it the most.

Tonight we will explore the intense attraction that an ever growing number of Black Men have in groups that the so called mainstream population consider somewhat radical. We are speaking of groups like the Black Muslims, the Hebrew Israelites, the Nuwabians as well as many other groups that either stand on a particular political or spiritual base that deals specifically with the Black community and their solutions to the problems and special needs therein. Are these groups bad for Black Men or are they filling an overlooked need that the American society and institutions have failed to overlook? Is there a danger to the fiery doctrine and unpopular views that are expressed that appear to be in direct opposition into what Black Men are taught coming up in a system that has thus far failed to address our issues completely? Is there a potential for some followers to take these various doctrines taught under the tutelage of these Black movement group leaders out of context and into some fanatical mentality that will eventually bring them into breaking the law or unfortunately hurting someone who disagrees? The basic principles of how money works are quite simple. Too many of us make it out to be more than what it is. While a deeper understand of how invest ones money is needed if you want to go above and beyond the norm, even those principles can be understood by the common man without having to attend college to become a finance major. It's like changing the oil on your car, you don't have to go to a high priced dealership to do so if you're willing to get down and do it yourself. But I've always wondered why some of us just don't get it. While I've made a few major money mistakes of my own down through the years, I've learned that the lack of discipline coupled with the absence of a basic understanding of how money works is at the root of most of the major foulups that many of us commit. And this goes for everyone. All races, cultures, lifestyles and age groups. Ignorance knows no color. With that being said, it has always appeared to me that too many Black Americans are leading the pack when it comes to the respect of the power of money and a severe ignorance on how money works bordering on extreme stupidity. Let me also state that this is not everyone, but far too many. Harsh words for a sad situation indeed. But somebody has to say it no matter how harsh it may sound. First of all, allow me to congratulate this who do not fall under this damaged umbrella of self perpetuated poverty. I want to commend those who understand how to budget their money where a certain percentage is divided up for savings, expenses and investments.

Before we proceed with the introduction of our program, let us define what the meaning and essence of the term Captain Save A Hoe really is. Captain Save A Hoe is a gold digging 'Hood Rat's dream! He pays their bills in full and on time, keeps their hair and nails done, takes care of all of the children's needs and fills all of the gaps above and beyond what is humanly possible yet brings no drama to the table himself. The woman he feels that he is saving can do no wrong even when she is obviously wrong in any situation and will back her up and pick up the slack to always give her an out. He takes unbearable disrespect from the saved woman yet continues to serve her possessing some kind of a twisted masochistic mentality that has him believing that her love for him will come around in full bloom in the end. .......it never seems to happen. Even the kids play him! Captain Save A Hoe is usually not too aggressive sexually but will service her orally at the drop of a dime anytime/anyplace to make sure her tensions never mount to the unacceptable levels to cause her stress. While many will split hairs defending the Not Guilty Verdict in the George Zimmerman case, to battle those who are in denial of how the laws were manipulated to paint an entirely different picture of the actual tragedy would be a waste of time. Black people as well as many others are simply sick and tired of being handed to dirty end of the stick when it comes to the injustices in the courtroom that usually don't get the attention of the George Zimmerman case but are still affecting the lives of the faceless millions that have no defense in the present system. In years past in the Civil Rights Movement, the Bus Boycotts for example brought a region to its knees as a huge statement was made that made the racist establishment feel it most where it counts: IN THE POCKETS! So as we are handed not only these unfair decisions in the judicial System, we are also disrespected by many of the very politicians who are in office to serve us yet treat us as though we as a community have no clout. This has to change! Since we hold our destiny in our hands we also have to acknowledge that we as Black people have remained inept and ignorant to the very workings of the political process that will continue to ignore us as long as we allow them to! This is why we now must mobilize our efforts not only in the City, State & Federal levels in the political arenas but in a multiple attack on those various industries that make huge profits off of our hard earned dollars under the umbrella of Corporate Amerikkka. Before we can accomplish this, we have to make those who are unaware in our community to understand how they support businesses that actually suck the blood from their lives without a healthy return of commerce back into their community as well as jobs that treat them fairly and with dignity.
