The Wise Guys did not take kindly to his challenge.   Stand-up Guy of the Year Rodney Bivens of the Regional Foodbank of Oklahoma called in with an update on the state's rebuilding efforts and talked about his organization. The guys decided that he is their inaugural Stand-up Guy of the Year.   David Fisher Returns Author David Fisher returned this week to resume the conversation from last week.
