Paleo Treats is a small company dedicated to making Paleo friendly cookies, desserts, and other delectables. Starting out as a poor kid and then being a lumberjack, blaster, advertiser and then launching into the corporate world, Pelton decided when he was 40 that making money and driving a Rolls Royce wasn't the be all end all of life, so he took off to some of the world's shit holes and decided to live. She doesn't let anything stop her and she has a way of describing the world that is at once completely foreign and yet totally matches with our own intuition.
