For years, I recommended people avoid the health and fitness market online. It’s just too competitive. This week, I speak to Steve Prussack, the publisher of Vegworld Magazine who has spent weeks in the what’s hot section of the super competitive Health and Fitness section of Apple’s Newsstand. It wasn’t always beer and skittles, you’ll hear about the BIG mistake (pun intended!) he made with his first issue and how he fixed it! We also go over 3 really cool strategies… List Building, from zero 8 months ago to 41,555 fans for the magazine on facebook, 37,882 twitter followers and 100 downloads a day!
