Listen To Ken: This interview with Ken Wilber is a gift. For those of you who do not know him, Ken has spent his entire career creating understandable models of human behavior, all with the mission to make greater sense of our human experience. In the interview, we learn that this is NOT the first major transition humanity has experienced.  As in the Matrix movies, Ken claims we are amid the 6th known great transition! (*FYI, if you buy the Matrix Trilogy 10th Anniversary DVD's, they are narrated in part by, you guessed it, Ken Wilber)! Replay Derrick's Talk: Derrick's interview was an ideal one to lead off the Tipping series….and I think our dialogue together can generate some great discussions! Perhaps the most interesting moment comes when I ask Derrick to make a distinction between the spiritual/consciousness crowd and the people who are more 'activist' oriented.  I asked this question because my sense is that these two groups ultimately strive towards the same goals, but are often at odds. Derrick immediately chimes in: "I am going to go out on a limb and piss some people off"…and goes on to offer an interesting perspective on what he feels is the most important value we need to incorporate as we 'tip' this world into a new way of being. Listen To Demian Lichtenstein: Demian is a fellow New Yorker who made it big in Hollywood.  He has directed and produced major motion pictures (like 3,000 Miles to Graceland) and achieved success in almost every way we in the Western world define it:  money, girls, fame, etc... But something happened to Demian, and I am thrilled to have his story of deep transformation in the Tipping series.  Demian had an awakening, and chose a different direction in his life.  He spent the last 5 years putting everything into a beautiful piece of work called Discover The Gift and we will dig deep with Demian to understand what happened to him.
