The current culture proclaims “live for today!” yet Scripture declares the opposite and says our priority is eternal: “For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?” (Matthew 16:26). We as Christians must be willing to exchange the pursuit of the world for the epic adventure of willingly laying down our lives for the purpose of the King and His Kingdom.
