David Hennenhoefer and fellow pop culture enthusiast Alex Dapp delve into a whole host of topics. David and Alex differ on opinion of the Girls season two finale. They both are also not really feeling the new Justin Timberlake album The 20/20 Experience. However, David is very excited for the comeback of EDM act Daft Punk. The two continue to discuss the leaked Lollapalooza headliners and Alex talks about her quest to go to Africa with TOMS shoes.
This episode features my media compadre Alex Dapp and's I discussion of Best Picture at the Oscars as well as the Best Actor and Actress. We talk about the snubs and mainly the under appreciation of Skyfall. Her and I then switch gears and dissect the line ups of Bonnaroo and the Beale St. Music Festival. We delve into the headliners and the science of how line ups are stacked and made.

In this episode of the State Lines podcast, Adam and Jarrett are joined by fellow State-Lines.com contributor Matt Adams to talk baseball as the season gets underway. We're talking division predictions, world series predictions and more. Also, Jarrett and Adam get back in the groove of things with a "What's Happening" comprised of crappy movies, broken legs, Zombies, and more. Oh, and this may or may not be our final episode.

On this podcast I am joined by one of my good friends and media lovers Alex Dapp. Her and I breakdown Album of the Year at Grammys and if Mumford & Sons really deserved the award. We also discuss the direction of The Office in its finale season. We both has have seen every episode in the series and consider ourselves authorities on the show. The last thing we jump on is how the HBO hit show Girls is rounding into form. Both of us are intrigued and love what the show is becoming.

So you've read a few articles here at State Lines. You've listened to some podcasts. You probably know that we love the show community. And you probably also know that we were a little less than thrilled with the first few episodes of the new, Harmon-less season. Well, last week, there was an episode that maybe restored our faith. It was about Germans, and it actually took place at school! Take a listen and get our thoughts on the episode.

This is it. The moment you've all been waiting for. The Oscars have come and gone, and a few people cared. But now it's time to give out our own movie awards, and it's time for everyone to care. With awesome categories like "Worst Year" and "The Postal Service Award" you are sure to be entertained and dazzled with the pomp and circumstance surrounding The Prestigious State-Line-Ars! And, if you're in to that sort of thing, you can see how the picks of Adam and Jarrett stack up to the academy. I think we nailed it!

Special guest and State-Lines contributor David joins us for this one of a kind podcast. Actually, this will probably only be a one of a kind cast for a short time, because we had a blast. And We will probably do it again. Jarrett and David take turns pitching, while Adam moderates and judges. Jarrett claims he was robbed of a victory on account of Adam's age. Jarrett pitched the BRILLIANT idea of a "Wonder Years" spinoff show titled "Blunder Years" and only received a 6.5. Than can only be on account of Adam being born last week. Besides that, many incredible ideas were shared. You should check them out. All you have to do is sit through about an hours worth of blabbing about our own podcast and website.

Confused as to how Ole Miss pulled that ridiculous class? Well, tune in here to find out how. Actually… That’s not true. NO ONE could figure that out. But David and his friend Major Venable (Yes, you read that right. We know someone named Major Venable. That name is officially cooler than any name ever, with the possible exceptions of Colt Mccoy and Marvin Waitforit Eriksen) dish about all things National Signing Day. You don’t want to miss the first in our on going podcast “The Hof Says”. But be nice, and at least act like you miss me and Adam.
