On this episode of the podcast I describe the major reasons why I am doing this podcast.
It's 2AM and I'm wide awake. That is pretty typical for me and I assume for many others with bipolar disorder. I stay up late because I can get the most done during that time; everything is quiet. That's the trick, having a quiet environment at night. I call that "magic hour".
I have Asperger's and ADD and bipolar and OCD. Which are all called comorbid. Right now I want to talk about Asper's in particular, and a little bit of ADD because there are very much related. Atleast the symptomatology implies they are. Enjoy!
