South Raleigh Bible Church Sermon Podcast show

South Raleigh Bible Church Sermon Podcast

Summary: We are a Bible believing church family whose number one goal is to glorify God through sincere worship, warm fellowship, training God’s people to serve Him and reaching out to a lost and dying world with the message of hope in Christ. One of the main ways this happens is through verse by verse teaching of God’s Word. We start at the beginning of a book of the Bible and work our way through it three or four verses each week. This enables you to learn the true and full meaning of each verse and make sure that it fits with the surrounding context. You’ll find that this approach to Scripture permeates our ministry and will help you come to know God deeply through His Word.

Slaves, be obedient to those who are your masters according to the flesh, with fear and trembling, in the sincerity of your heart, as to Christ; not by way of eyeservice, as men-pleasers, but as slaves of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart. With good will render service, as to the Lord, and not to men, knowing that whatever good thing each one does, this he will receive back from the Lord, whether slave or free. - Ephesians 6:5-8

His feet were like burnished bronze, when it has been made to glow in a furnace, and His voice was like the sound of many waters. I, John, your brother and fellow partaker in the tribulation and kingdom and perseverance which are in Jesus, was on the island called Patmos because of the word of God and the testimony of Jesus. I was tin the Spirit on the Lord's day, and I heard behind me a loud voice like the sound of a trumpet, saying, "Write in a book what you see, and send it to the seven churches: to Ephesus and to Smyrna and to Pergamum and to Thyatira and to Sardis and to Philadelphia and to Laodicea." - Revelation 1:19-11
