The Timberwolves bench responded in kind to coach Finch's warning before the break, and it was as if they couldn't miss in a 30 point blowout of the New Orleans Pelicans! facebook.com/timberwolvesexplosion @TwolvesEx paladinolive@yahoo.com
The Timberwolves head into the break with another bad week, losing all three games. The home loss to Charlotte by 33 points took the cake, it left us all wondering like Ricky Rubio, what is the direction of this franchise? facebook.com/timberwolvesexplosion @TwolvesEx paladinolive@yahoo.com
With Ryan Saunders out and Chris Finch in, we will see how this new offense improves this team in the next few weeks and months ahead. Anthony Edwards couldn't hit the broad side of a barn most of the week, and we'll be losing Malik Beasley for 12 games, with the suspension being levied out. facebook.com/timberwolvesexplosion @TwolvesEx paladinolive@yahoo.com
The Fairy tale is over, Ryan Saunders is no longer the Timberwolves coach, and Chris Finch will take over immediately, per sources. facebook.com/timberwolvesexplosion @TwolvesEx paladinolive@yahoo.com
Anthony Edwards received big praise this past week from Dwayne Wade and Ricky Rubio, as "Ant" continues to show signs of true leadership along with his incredible skills. facebook.com/timberwolvesexplosion @TwolvesEx paladinolive@yahoo.com
The Timberwolves played somewhat competitive basketball this past week, making things interesting in multiple games where they were trailing by over 20 points. D'Angelo Russell hit a three to beat OKC, and Naz Reid had a huge week. Karl Anthony Towns finally returns after a tough battle with Covid-19, in a pretty entertaining match-up vs the Clippers. facebook.com/timberwolvesexplosion @TwolvesEx paladinolive@yahoo.com
To be fair, one positive this week was Anthony Edwards officially becoming a starter and very much has looked the part, when we analyze some very important indicators with him in the starting lineup. Other than that though, we saw yet another epic collapse, this time vs San Antonio, which left many of us wondering, what in God's Name is D'Angelo doing? facebook.com/timberwolvesexplosion @TwolvesEx paladinolive@yahoo.com
Losing and injuries are one thing, but obvious disinterest is another. No one wants to pile on, but D'Angelo Russell has lost many a Wolves fan the past month or so. As to what's really happening behind the scenes is something to stay tuned to, because things could get interesting in the next few weeks. facebook.com/timberwolvesexplosion @TwolvesEx paladinolive@yahoo.com
With the never ending collapses, and lineups that make NO SENSE, it's more than time to question the entire process or "ProRosas" of this current regime of coach and President of Basketball Operations.
Another frustrating week of runs, leads evaporating and a stat that barely makes any sense. At the Wolves won one game this week, and hopefully Towns' angry post game rant can lead to more success this coming week. facebook.com/timberwolvesexplosion @TwolvesEx paladinolive@yahoo.com
In a nasty week where the Wolves went 0-4 in despicable fashion, we're literally digging for positives. At least Rosas and Co may have found a pretty solid rotation player in the new Junkyard Dawg! facebook.com/timberwolvesexplosion @TwolvesEx paladinolive@yahoo.com
Timberwolves Basketball is finally back in full force! Of course after an extremely positive night, in which the Wolves won in Utah, Karl Anthony Towns is injured again, this time dislocating the same wrist he broke last year. Josh Okogie also is banged up, in what was called a cramp but looked more like a pulled hamstring. D'Angelo Russell continues to frustrate many a Wolves fan with his up and down play, not to mention the endless excuses! Ricky Rubio called out his team after two horrible games in LA. facebook.com/timberwolvesexplosion @TwolvesEx paladinolive@yahoo.com
The Minnesota Timberwolves and NBA Season Preview is here! We look at the Wolves overall roster and hopes for the future, your host certainly sees reason for optimism. We then talk about who makes the playoffs in both the East and the West, who gets to the Conference Finals, the NBA Finals, and who is your likely 2020 NBA Champion! As always, we get to your comments as well! facebook.com/timberwolvesexplosion @TwolvesEx paladinolive@yahoo.com
The Timberwolves ended up taking Anthony Edwards first overall, but after that is when trades slowly starting slipping threw the cracks throughout the 2020 NBA Draft. The Wolves wound up reacquiring Ricky Rubio, making many a Timberwolves fan happy, while miffing a few others. Rosas also ended up re-signing Malik Beasley and traded for veteran Ed Davis. The question now becomes, what type of lineups are we looking at? facebook.com/timberwolvesexplosion @wolvesexplosion paladinolive@yahoo.com
The Minnesota Timbewolves really did get the number one pick in the 2020 NBA Draft, but of course there is no consensus number one guy. That's why we have to discuss all the different possible scenarios, regarding who to take, or who to trade for, or what have you. This episode is wall to wall Wolves draft, we get to your comments as well! facebook.com/timberwolvesexplosion @wolvesexplosion paladinolive@yahoo.com
