When we heard that center Pat Elflein would be ruled out for the game, your host knew the Vikings were in trouble. What has been the biggest difference from last year to this year? Pass protection and run blocking, both of which were questionable at best, especially when team MVP Riley Reiff was carted off when an apparent ankle injury. It felt like the whole team was off throughout the game as Theilen was dropping easy catches, the run defense had major gaffs, giving up two 60 yard runs, and even Marcus Sherels nearly lost a fumble on the return.
