After a thirty minute delay, we got rolling, and talked about Marvel getting the rights back to MiracleMan, ragged on easily-offended fanboys, and stupid reality shows. We also reviewed Geoff Johns' Batman: Earth One from the Pull Pile, and plugged our upcoming appearance at Orlando Comic Expo, as well as our preview books we'll have on the tables there alongside What The Flux Comics.

The guys announced some big news about expanding to a network of Con Artist-branded shows, and welcomed Heroes Haven as an official sponsor to the program. Shawn and Martin also talked about all the highlights of the week in comics and film, reviewed Mark Millar's 'Supercrooks,' waxed nostalgic about nostalgia, and called out crybaby fanboys.

We shared our feather-ruffling opinions on comics, movies, and pop culture, including thoughts on Marvels' upcoming S.H.I.E.L.D. TV series, and Clint Eastwood's RNC speech to an empty chair. Plus, we talked some sportsball with Shawn Prime, reviewed Valiant Comics' rebooted 'Archer & Armstrong' series, complained about fanboys, and more.

On our platinum episode, we discussed the week's big geek news, including Rob Liefeld's Twitter flame war with several industry names, and the ongoing creator exodus from DC Comics. Plus, we reviewed Mark Millar and Tommy Lee Edwards' MARVEL 1985, continued to offend fanboys, and more!

We recommended some recent comics and trades for new fans to jump in on, called out fanboys for being jaded hipsters, reviewed the first volume of David Lapham's 'Young Liars,' and hit some of the week's big geek news. Plus, we fawned over 'Breaking Bad,' Scott Snyder and Greg Capullo's Batman run, confused Terry Moore with Terry Brooks, paid tribute to comic book legend Joe Kubert, and much more! #DeathToFanboys

We recapped some of the week's big geek news, including the next X-flick going with a famous Chris Claremont storyline, Marvel and Fox possibly trading properties and characters, and Rob Liefeld's reaction to the writing talent on his beloved Deadpool. Also, Mr. Prime, who sat in for the whole show with us, and Mr. Talley saw the new Mars-less TOTAL RECALL, but niether could really recall much of it. All that, plus we complained about easily-offended people (which offended some of them), called for #DeathToFanboys, and more!

We took offense to people who take offense to everything, complained about inconsiderate yutes, and sort of explained what happened to Marcus Morgan. We also speculated on who should be the focal point of Marvel's upcoming TV show that takes place in their shared "Phase One" universe, shared our thoughts on (and in Martin's case, indifference to) the Olympic games--the coverage, the spectacle, and the hot athletes--and got Shawn Prime's hateful take on it all! Plus, Kate Carleton shared a special offer code for listeners of the show who pledge to her Kickstarter.

We have a lot to say about THE DARK KNIGHT RISES, and there will be *major spoilers*, so consider yourself warned. We'll also touch on the Colorado theater shooting, Fred Willard's theater "misunderstanding," and all the big comic and film news from the week that was.
