Teacher: Andy Stanley. We all have places we want to end up in life. Yet the paths we choose often lead us away from our intended destinations. In this four part series, Andy Stanley examines the disconnect between our dreams and the paths we take to reach them.

Teacher: MIke Breaux. What if God were calling you to do something extrodinary with your life but there were things that just kept getting in the way of that happening? There was a guy named Moses who almost missed it too, unitl the day he heard God say three words, "Throw it down." You see, God is calling you to do something extraordinary with your life, and as we stand at the beginning of 2012, perhaps you'll hear God say the same three words to you and this new year could be the start of a new adventure.

Teacher: Andy Stanley. Face it. Religion can get pretty strange pretty quickly. Mystical. Superstitious. Legalistic. Judgmental. Hypocritical. Since the beginning of time, men and women have established elaborate rituals and traditions in an attempt to bridge the gap between the seen and the unseen; between the sacred and the secular. But none of that provided the one thing humankind most desires - assurance. With the birth of Christianity, all that changed. In this 4-part series, Andy Stanley explains how the message of Christ serves the fulfillment of religion.

If you knew you were about to die, what would you pray about, who would you pray for, what would be really important to you? Jesus thought unity between his followers was so important that he spent his final hours talking to his father about it. You'll better understand why this is such a big deal when you experience... One.
really. Nouns love verbs. Think of Jesus for a second. Verbs flowed out of him. He touched. He prayed. He befriended. He healed. He taught. He sacrificed. He died. He rose. God is definitely a God of action... verbs flow out of who He is. If we claim to follow after Him, we have to love verbs too.
