Bill couldn't make it, so we're left to our own devices to review what Jason calls the album that defines the sound of RFTC. With bombastic guitars and the distinctive vocals of John Reis, it's hard to pinpoint the influences and origins of RFTC. Voice your opinion on our Facebook page  or Twitter feed.

On episode #43 we review the Matthew Sweet co-produced 1994 album Teenage Symphonies to God by Velvet Crush. Neither of us were familiar with the band before hearing the album, but now we're firmly on board the Velvet Crush train.
