Yeah, that's right... in this class we take a deep dive down to chatturanga land. Its an often overused and overlooked pose that we never really give proper attention or credit to. The trouble is, a misalignment or misunderstanding over time can cause problems for your shoulders and wrists. Don't neglect this pose, keep learning about it and from it. .
