Jo Ellen oversees and coordinates Shelter and Veterinary care during disasters and organizes the Noah’s Wish Training Program on the national level from pet owners to Emergency Managers. In 1986 Jo Ellen graduated from SUNY Delhi with a degree in Applied Animal Science, and is a Past President of the NYS Assoc of Veterinary Technicians.
