The Pam Reynolds NDE Case This week on Para-Talk Gareth and Reeves take a look at one of the most compelling and well documented cases of NDE (Near Death Experience). Does consciousness survive after bodily death? In 1991, at the age of 35, Pam Reynolds claims to have had a near-death experience (NDE) during a brain operation. Her experience is one of the most notable and widely documented in near-death studies because of the unusual circumstances under which it happened. Reynolds was under close medical monitoring during the entire operation. During part of the operation she had no brain-wave activity and no blood flowing in her brain, which rendered her clinically dead. The Stockbridge Bypass Haunting This week on Para-Talk Gareth and Reeves discuss a Haunted location, not a house, hotel or even mansion, but a road... The Stockbridge Bypass was constructed towards the end of the 1980’s to alleviate the huge amount of traffic that flowed through the town, costing well over £14,000,000 to build. The project was undertaken by the McAlpine construction company and completed in April 1988. The road, used by thousands of motorists each day as it is a direct link between the cities of Sheffield and Manchester, is considered an accident black spot. This one is truly chilling. And so we come to the end of the second batch of Para-Talk episodes. The season two wrap up episode. Over these 16 episodes we have covered in a very sober manner, some of the strangest "true" cases of the paranormal you are ever likly to hear. In this final episode Gareth and Reeves look back at these previous shows and provide commentary and updates as needed. We end season two of Para-Talk, and look forawrd to season three!
