The guys explain how using this information we can hone in on opportunities to sell premium when there is a large spread between implied volatility and realized volatility, but the realized vol is as high as it's been over the last year. Jesse Koontz is the owner of the first Dog Haus Biergarten in Chicago. He is a former Marine and has both a Bachelor's and Masters from the University of Illinois in Champaign.
