Podcast 45 – Patted on the Head. You all know, even when it’s over, it’s never over. The Bhoys take some light refreshment and reflect on what went wrong (did anything go right?) and ask the question, “If we predicted a Celtic win every week for 45 weeks, why did we not win the league?” Of course we have all the answers, scratchy shirts etc…….. The Good Child Foundation. Alright, alright, I know it is difficult to read the papers, listen to the sports shows etc at the minute. Do you really have to ask what the main topic of conversation is this week?? Nah, didn’t think so. So Tony is out and Lenny is in (at least for now),so we look back on that was the week that was and discuss the events that hammered the final nail (or four)in the coffin of the Mowbray Experiment. The Bhoys take it on the chin and move on (that is too easy and a little bit corny but what the hell) to look at the huge list of names already being brandished about as a potential replacement, so reasonable, some a wee bit more far-fetched. Declan Hanlon, the Vice President of the Aurora CSC in Canada join Chris and Gerry this week (As Jamie is in Florida playing golf). Declan kisses and tells about the recent Celtic Supporters Clubs’ Annual football tournament held in Hamilton Canada and lets fly with some sour grapes regarding the eventual winners Bramalea (No-one mention “ringers” okay!). We originally planned to broadcast on WebCam viw Twitter, but just as we set up, Twitter went down so very hastily we jumped over to Justin.tv and it seemed to work very well. Callers were able to reach us on the phone via Skype, type messages on some of the messageboards, twitter and the chat room in Justin TV. All in all it was a really fun exercise and we had over 100 viewers chatting and calling in. There was no music or advert breaks, no Hugh Kevins' or Rangers supporters, just Celtic fans talking about Celtic. The feedback we got so far has been great and we are planning to do it again soon.
