UK capital values fell 0.8% in the three months to 30 September owing to wary investor sentiment, according the latest IPD figures.The UK Quarterly Property Index found that values have now fallen for a full year, and declines at the headline level in this "second dip" have amounted to 2.6%. Regional office and retail sector falls have been over 5%.
