 Nos Audietis: Episode 53 | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 1:22:32

The reason we ask most of our guests to come on is because we think they'll be good. Occasionally, they exceed our high expectations. And then others just kinda blow us away. Brad Evans falls into that last category. Maybe it won't come off as good to you as it did to us, but we absolutely had a great time hanging out with Brad (is it cool if we call him that?). He gave us some quality insight into the Seattle Sounders' 2-2 tie with the Vancouver Whitecaps, we kinda talked about upcoming games against the Columbus Crew and Chivas USA (but only passingly) and filled a lot time talking about whatever the heck we felt like talking about. We touched on food trucks, Seattle living, dog ownership, Dick's Drive-In ... pretty much all the really pressing issues of our time. No episode would be complete if we didn't let you guys join in on the phone. We asked as many of your questions as time reasonably allowed. If you are still wondering how to ask questions on the show, be sure to follow us on Twitter (@nosaudietis), "like" us on Facebook or shoot us an email (nosaudietis(at)gmail(dot)com).

Looking forward, the show discusses John Spencer's plans in central midfield, who will play in Futty's absence and the need for goals to finally get the Timbers out of the month-long rut.

What kind of a game should we expect? All that and more in a special 20 minute episode.

 Yanks Abroad: Episode 13 | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 1:02:25

In the first Special Edition episode of the Yanks Abroad Podcast, Christopher McCollum gathers together YA writers Brian Sciaretta and John Kretlow and YA stat manager Jamie Hill for a short-notice show to analyze Jurgen Klinsmann’s roster announcement. The roster, which was announced earlier in the day, was an immediate hot topic issue as several key players were left off, and Timmy Chandler announced that he wanted to take a break from international soccer. The guys talk about this issue at length, discussing the possibility of Chandler posturing for a switch to Germany, to merely being uninterested in international play. The talk then moves to European and Mexico-based players who were seemingly inexplicably left off, until taking into consideration that several still have one more game left in their season and, and only two of the players called up played last week. Brian discusses the possibility that Klinsmann wanted to give the other players a few extra days off to recover from the gruelling season. An analysis of the U.S. National Team defense and midfield pool takes place while debating the merits of Alfredo Morales and Jose Torres, which then turns into a theoretical question and answer session about Michael Parkhurst and Michael Orozco. How exactly it got to that point is a mystery, but it made sense once Brian revealed where he was going with it. The show is concluded with a question and answer session with listeners, discussing Eric Lichaj, Gregg Berhalter, Morales, Chandler and other topics.

 Nos Audietis: Episode 52 | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 1:11:10

As we approach the very first Cascadia Rivalry match of the 2012 season, things are just beginning to heat up, quite literally. Nikola Tesla Studio was quite the sauna, but as always we fought through the tortuous heat and possibly went a little bit insane by the end to bring you our usual quality programming. Our guest this week is the voice of the Vancouver Whitecaps, Peter Schaad, who helps us preview the upcoming Cascadia opener at BC Place in Vancouver this Saturday. He talks about the decisions to hold out key players in their last match, a 4-1 loss to the New England Revolution, and what the Whitecaps need to do to manage their upcoming, heavy schedule. We also reflect on the Sounders win down in Frisco, TX against FC Dallas last Wednesday, and we talk in-depth about the loss at home against Real Salt Lake. We would like to welcome Golazo as our newest sponsor! Listen up for information on their upcoming viewing parties! Of course, we close the show by taking your questions. If you would like to get your question answered, follow us on Twitter (@nosaudietis) or send us an email to nosaudietis(at)gmail(dot)com. Enjoy.

Corner of The Galaxy: Episode 75 | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 40:28

On this week's episode Josh & Jared discuss the 1-1 Draw with Montreal. Jared thinks Bruce Arena's job could be in jeopardy and the team travels to the White House to meet with President Obama. Oh yeah, and the Galaxy will meet up with their "cross the hall" rivals, Chivas USA, in the first of three legs in the Super Clasico at the HDC on Saturday. Dropping points to New York and MTL, the Galaxy will need all 3 pts from this game before they approach a short week and a game against San Jose.
