As we follow Christ, one of the ways we derail ourselves is by comparing someone else's path to our own. But we all have a unique part to play in the road marked out for us.

In any race, shouldering an unnecessary burden is a surefire way to lose. Jesus invites us to lay the weight of our sin at His feet, following Him in true freedom.
When life gets hard, remember that we stand on the shoulders of giants. God encourages us to persevere by looking back on the faithfulness of those who have come before.
It's a tough question: If Jesus came back today, would He be honored by how you've lived your life? How does that impact every moment you have, decision you make, and word you speak today?
Everything God gives you has been entrusted to you for a purpose. What opportunities do you have today to leave an eternal impact for Christ?

God's goodness and faithfulness have triumphed throughout 2017. Before we step into a new year, let's look back with worshipful wonder on the amazing things He has done.
On Christmas, God displayed His love for the world by drawing near through His Son. Though there's still work to be done here, we live in light of Jesus' arrival, sharing His redeeming love and awaiting His return.
As God's people went into exile after years of rebellion, He reminded them where they truly belong. Though were still strangers in a foreign land, our joy is anchored in Christ who will carry us all the way Home.
When God delivered His people out of Egypt, He gave them a taste of true freedom in Christ. Though we sometimes feel enslaved in a dark world, we have peace knowing our God redeems.
Our need for Christmas began in the Garden of Eden with the first bite of forbidden fruit. Though sin remains a daunting enemy, we rest our hope in the Savior who conquers our brokenness.
If God is for you, nothing can stop you from pursuing His mission. You can boldly go wherever He leads, because He goes with you.
