Nashville's Kopecky join David Dye on this episode of World Cafe Words and Music from WXPN. They debuted in 2012 as the Kopecky Family Band, and in addition to the name change, they've taken a harder rock approach on their second album, Drug for the Modern Age. On this episode of World Cafe Words and Music from WXPN, San Fermin join host David Dye. Composer Ellis Ludwig-Leone wrote their first album while studying at Yale before there was even a band. The knockout debut led to shows opening for the likes of Arctic Monkeys and St. Vincent, and now San Fermin are back with a new album, called Jackrabbit. Ellis talks about writing it in a very different way, and the band plays live in the studio.
