While the cartoon is on vacation, Let's review comics! Today we look at the the first four Sonic Boom issues, which will soon be turned into a graphic novel. Is it worth reading, or is this another Rise of Lyric? Feel free to comment arcs or issues you'd like to see tackled! Make sure they're easy to get, I don't want to have to try and find some $500 things.

Your regular trio of Kevin, Cat and Donnie return this week in a long pre-show following a week of Boom news and feedback that needs to be addressed. The UK is to get Sonic Boom and SEGA comes under fire for managing to lose the ball, much less drop it. Do the team get enough information from SEGA? Are SEGA putting out the right information when they do? Oh and guess whose fault it was the community thought episode 25 was a boys vs girls show? The trio reclairfy their position on episode 25, and why 'boxes' aren't neccessarily bad. Cat is given an art challenge so Bill Freiberger has something nice amidst all the worry and concern and Kevin turns Sonic into a story for small children. Donnie and Kevin discuss names of the rest of the cast, Kevin discovers he can do an eerily good impression of the Gogoba's Chief (or is that Snagglepuss?) and Cat finishes off her Bill Freiberger themed art challenge.

The team also discuss more concerns about the Canadian education system, “pulling a Jaleel”, Tanner gets feedback, is Donnie the Spinball World Champion whilst Jamie is late and his dog also has an opinion on the show. Plus we go through the many Sonic change.org petitions… oh my.

Kevin & Donnie are joined by Cat (DoubleXXCross) on this week’s videos, tackling important pre-show topics such the biggest mistake with the Boom game, SEGA’s mobile success (whether people want it or not) and how DOES Tails know Sonic has a lovely singing voice? They just hope its not like the Tails in that one Sonic Adventure Let’s Play… please don’t hurt us Mr. Freiberger!
