Step 1: Smooth on VS PRO Lasting FX Eye Shadow Primer to clean eyelids and apply VS PRO Light FX HD Eye Brightening Pen underneath eyes. Step 2: Using VS Makeup Eye Shadow Quad in Overnight Sensation (available in Victoria’s Secret stores), start with the base color and brush over entire lid lightly dusting from the inner corner to the outer corner. Next, highlight the area just below the brow bone with the highlight shade. Step 3: Using short, feathery strokes, line the entire lid with VS Makeup Graphic Liner Pen.
