 Connie Green’s Earn 10k/Month Coaching Program | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 0:00:01

Hey all. My good friend, Connie Green does a cool coaching program where she chooses one of her special students and mentors him or her until they earn 10k per month. AND – the coolest part is that she records the coaching calls and allows us to listen in as part of her Earn 10k Per Month Laser Coaching Program. So, we get to listen in to the coaching calls, without having to put our own necks on the line. This week, she started with a new student (a pretty cool gal, if I do say so myself) – and she’s made their first call available to listen to free. Just click play below or download to listen. If you think you might like to follow along on the rest of their journey together, here’s where you can learn more. Click to Learn More about Connie Green’s “Earn 10k per Month” Laser Coaching I’m off to listen now. Warmly, Nicole Dean PS. Holy cow. I just noticed that you get the recordings from THIS 10k/month laser coaching AND also the recordings from the last two students that Connie mentored as well. Yowza. That’s good stuff. I hope you liked the free call. If you missed it, you can see the links again here:

Why You Should Know Connie Ragen Green | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 0:36:10

I just spent an amazing five days with my dear friend, Connie Green. Connie flew into the Pensacola Airport near my home on Thursday night. I picked her up and we headed north (oddly with the speedometer not working) to a mastermind retreat in Northern Alabama held by our mutual friend, David Perdew (of NAMS) and his family including his smart daughter Jenn, at his home. We brainstormed and strategized for 2 days (Friday and Saturday), focusing some time on each of our businesses so we can all grow even more in the coming months. We also had a really nice hike in the woods on David’s beautiful property, got to love on David’s 2 dogs and his cat, watched the Alabama vs. LSU game, and ate delicious food cooked by David’s beautiful bride, Charlsa. Here we are before our hike. Left to right, David, Jenn Perdew, me (looking so funny), Connie. On Sunday, Connie and I left Alabama and headed back to Pensacola, where we spent the night at the Hilton on Pensacola Beach (which was very nice). We relaxed there, and enjoyed some quiet time. Then, Connie spent her last night here at my home. I made her dinner and she slept in my daughter’s comfy bed. Yesterday morning she headed home. Some people come into your life and just make you want to be a better version of yourself. Connie is one of those people to me. I actually started calling her “Connie Gump” because her life story has so many pieces and parts. Here’s how some of her stories started… When I was selling cars… The third time I had cancer… After hurricane Andrew, when my house was destroyed… When I was in Thailand… So, after my husband died… Did I ever tell you I was a gym teacher? When I visit my family in Finland every summer… I told her she’s lived more in her years than anyone I’ve ever known. Well, it got me thinking of how I could possibly give back to Connie enough for all she’s done for me. And, I thought “a blog post is a start”. If you’re not familiar with Connie yet, here’s her bio. About Connie Ragen Green Connie had worked as a classroom teacher, real estate broker, and residential appraiser for 20 years, before deciding to change her life completely. In 2005 she decided to come online full time, and now teaches hundreds of people from around the world how to create their own business based on their passion and life experiences. So basically, I want to share my friend with you. Here’s how you can get to know Connie better.  Gimp Beginner Basics | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 0:00:01

Hi! Today I hosted a webinar to show off my friend, Angela Wills, who has a cool step-by-step course about how to use a free graphics program called Gimp. Well, the computer gremlins were all over us today,  which goes to show that Embarrassing Webinar Moments can happen any day of the week. My computer froze up and all kinds of craziness happened.  Luckily the recording didn’t disappear.  What can you do with Gimp? Well, I’m glad you asked. You can… Create cool graphics to spice up your blog. Create headers for your blog, Facebook, Twitter, etc. to brand yourself. Create graphics for clients. Make banners and buttons to advertise your products or services. Make pinable graphics for Pinterest. and tons more. The goal with this webinar was this. Show you where to download Gimp. Give you some graphics to play with. Teach you the basics of editing a simple graphic with Gimp. Allow you to walk away with a comfort level of being able to experiment with the graphics comfortably so that you can make ones you like. Demonstrate how to pin a graphic once you post it on your blog. Here’s what to Do. 1. Download Gimp. If you’ve never downloaded Gimp before, click here for Gimp download instructions. If you’ve already got Gimp on your computer, be sure to get the updated version so that your computer screen is the same as Angela’s. Click here to download the latest version of Gimp 2. Grab the Free Templates. You can get several free templates at the top of this page: Free Templates for Gimp 3. Set your Gimp Screen to Single Window. Once you’ve got that, we want to set up your screen to look like Angela’s so you can follow easier. Go to “Windows” and then click “Single-Windows Mode” as seen below. (The “Single-Window” option will ONLY show up if you’ve followed my directions and gotten the latest version of Gimp.) 4. Add your Layers Tab. After you’ve done that, then, we want to see the layers tab.. In the area way to the right side of your screen (after you’ve set it as Single Window), you’ll see this. Look for that small arrow. You click that. Click “Add Tab”. Under “Add Tab”, you’ll see “Layers”. Click on that and you’ll be able to mess with your layers without having to switch screens. (If that’s confusing at all, I can either take more screenshots or do a quick video for you.) 5. Watch the Video and Enjoy. Now that you have Gimp downloaded, you have it set up like Angela does in the video, and you have some templates to play with, enjoy the video: Or download here: 6. One more Thing. Please follow me on Pinterest, too. Nicole Dean on Pinterest. Thanks! Warmly, Nicole Dean PS. Of course, if you want step-by-step Gimp training, Angela has a course here: Gimp Tutorials. (Use coupon “nicolerocks” for $10 off.) PS again. Please comment and share your Pinterest pages so we can follow you.

Connie Green & Nicole Dean – The PLR Interview | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 0:00:01

I adore Connie Ragen Green. Why? Let me count the ways… 1. She is first and foremost, becoming one of my dearest friends, just because she’s fun to be around. She makes me laugh. 2. Secondly, she is one of the people on this planet who just makes the world a better place on a regular basis through her local Rotary club. 3. She GRABS life by the cojones (sorry guys) and just lives her life with gusto. As I write this, she’s in Finland. Tomorrow, she’ll probably be riding a camel or something. She just goes and goes. 4. She’s an animal lover and she donated money to an animal shelter in my Eddy-puppy’s name after he passed. 5. She sent books to my kids as a gift last summer. 6. She’s a survivor. I’m not even talking about the fact that she’s had cancer several times and beat it – but that she has faced many many obstacles in her life that appear to be insurmountable. But, Connie just powers on. (Thank God!) 7. Having been a homeless kid, she donates backpacks and supplies to help kids who do not have a home. 8. She made a donation to support me when I decided to host an orphan, and then has continued to support me emotionally through my entire adoption process as it’s unfolding. 9. And, she’s just about the most thoughtful, genuine person I’ve ever met. Shall I go on? Actually if I had only two words to describe Connie, they would be LIVES and GIVES. (Connie – I hope you like that!) And.. that’s BEFORE I even start talking about how smart she is and how much I respect her as a businesswoman. She also happens to be a darned smart marketer. Plus, on a much more selfish side of things… she’s also ALWAYS one of my top affiliates, promoting my stuff consistently. That’s me on the left, our friend, Paul Taubman in the middle, and Connie on the right. So what’s my point? When Connie sends me an email, I open it. And, when Connie asks me for something, I do it. Connie says “Hey Nik, will you write a Forward to my book?” I say “Of course!” And, when Connie says “Hey Nik, will you be on my podcast?” I say “Most definitely!” Well, we recorded that podcast awhile ago, and she published that podcast a few weeks ago, while I was still traveling through Europe. I promised her that I’d share it here, as well, so that you all wouldn’t miss it. So… here it is: If you like what you hear, be sure to check out the resource at the end of this blog post. You can never go wrong learning from Connie. Recommended Resource: You can eavesdrop in while Connie coaches her friend to $10,000 per month. And, the best part? You don’t have to pay the big bucks for private coaching. Listen in while someone else makes the mistakes – so you don’t have to. Check that out here: Listen in on Connie’s Private Coaching Here Resource Mentioned in this Call: Easy PLR – Where you can get awesome content for a great price! Want More Podcasts like this One?
