This week, we discuss James Gunn returning to the Marvel Universe, and Verizon announcing their 5G network launch. However, the main topic is about our responsibility in the proliferation of conspiracy theories and online hate. At some point, don’t we share the blame? As well as other geek news of the past week without the hype or fanboy angle.

After some delay due to Adam being sick, we are back with a late episode. We’ll cover the end of Arrow, Diablo from 1996 comes back, Cobra Kai season two trailer, a disc-less Xbox One S, and those Anthem PS4 crashed. Also, what’s the deal with those clickbate articles and simply bad reporting online? All that and more on this week’s episode.

This week, the guys discuss the new con from Facebook regarding their Fan Subscription service, and how it is unfair to content creators. A lots of trailers came out this week, including a loving tribute to Star Wars. Sony cancels the PS Vita, and a whole lot of other news to check out. Oh, a Flat Earther learns the hard way the Earth is round.

The Lazy Geeks close out February on a high note. They discuss the new Batman comic miniseries, Batman: Last Knight on Earth, recent episodes of The Orville, Star Trek: Discovery, and Doom Patrol. Netflix’s purge of Marvel shows is sad retaliation. Longtime Nintendo of America president set to retire, and that whole Samsung Galaxy S10 and Galaxy Fold mess.

The guys discuss multiple stories about Mars and review Doom Patrol and Titans. Howard the Duck is coming to Hulu, Ben Affleck leaves Batman, and all the latest Nintendo Switch news. Plus, is Star Trek: Discovery bigger than anything in the movies? Is Star Trek better small than cinematic? Also, Trump Aide’s wife is an extra kind of special.

The Lazy Geeks kick off 2019. Since it has been a while since we’ve done a show, it felt necessary to talk about some of the stuff that happened while we were away. Everything from those Southern California brush fires to Black Panther being a ‘best picture’ nominee. How long have we been out of it? Check it out and let us know what you think.

The Lazy Geeks have an announcement to make. It seems that some people don’t want us to go away yet. So, we are coming back with a new season of the show. Season nine is coming toward ya, starting next week.

Our final episode ever. This episode is a previously unreleased episode. Originally pre-recorded to cover our Thanksgiving time off, but we shelved it due to the passing of Stan Lee. We opted to save this episode and re-do the episode honoring Stan. We discuss the debut of Jodie Whitaker as The Doctor and the new season of Doctor Who.

It is Christmas time! The guys sit back and help you ring in the holiday with a discussion about Christmas. What do they do on Christmas Eve and why they like the holidays. Many people complain about the commercialization of the holiday, but why is this different than anything else? Ring in this Christmas with the guy discussing that time of the year.

With all the complaining that Star Wars fans are doing about their ever-expanding universe, it’s up to Star Trek fans to shut them up. It has only been four years since Disney purchased Lucasfilm and they are complaining. Star Trek fans dealt with that in the eighties. We discuss what both sides needs to do to make things better and what they need to stop doing.

Apple is changing. They are moving away from the tech that everybody needs to upgrade when you want. They are jacking prices to cover slowing sales. Throttling older devices to increase upgrades. This isn’t a conspiracy theory, this is actually happening. Apple never had to face slowing sales before. How they combat it is definitely something to take a look at.
