In 2015, Dr. Thornberg also became director of the UC Riverside School of Business Center for Economic Forecasting and Development and was an adjunct professor at the school. Christopher is an expert in economic and revenue forecasting, regional economics, economic policy, and labor and real estate markets. He became nationally known for forecasting the subprime market crash that began in 2007, and he was one of the few economists on record to predict the global economic recession that followed. They were nice enough to help The Norris Group back in September of last year to create a very beefy chapter on vacation rentals that they ended up doing for their portal and live.
