In this Exponential 2013 podcast, Brad Brisco speaks on engaging your first three places. While more and more people are less and less interested in the programs and activities of the church, we must learn how to lovingly engage people in our 1st, 2nd and 3rd Places. In this workshop we will discuss the topics of biblical hospitality in & through our homes (1st place), understanding how God has placed us in a vocation for His missional purposes (2nd place), and what it means to identify, create, and support Third Places in our community.

In this Exponential 2013 podcast, Lance Ford talks about the posture of servant cultures. Jesus and the New Testament writers spoke of serving 40 times as much as they did leading. Too often the life of Jesus directly contradicts much of what is being imported into the church under the mantra of effective leadership practices. Lance turns the tables on conventional leadership by pointing to the Servant-ship ethos of Jesus.

In this Exponential 2013 podcast, Caesar Kalinowski talks about discipleship in the rhythms of life. Over and over again when people begin to engage a life lived on mission they wonder or ask, "How would I ever have the time to DO all of this?!" But God has designed our lives in such a way that we already live in a rhythm of opportunities to both display and proclaim the gospel. It is not a matter of adding new things to our life; it is about living with increasing gospel intentionality. We must shift our thinking from "Additional to Intentional".
