Her choice was to change the generational trauma of her ancestors and do things differently. </p><p><br></p><p>Jessica chose Plan D. Jessica enlisted in the military, served her country, and put herself through college graduating with a degree in psychology. Life has not always been easy for this tough-as-nails fighter from New York. Yet, she always knew she had Plan D to fall back on. </p><p><br></p><p>Plan D is a tribute to the entertainment industry that saved her life and a raw and vulnerable story of a woman who beat all the odds. </p><p><br></p><p>If you are struggling with mental health challenges, reach out for help.
