It was named "Crazy Night by Mackfly", who were listened all around the world. From United States to Asia, it was a success. He twisted House, Electro and general songs in order to involve his knowledge.Next goal was to record in a studio at Strasbourg, he confirmed his talent and his place in the Deejing's world. He played into student's parties in Rennes, some sets into some Music events in Strasbourg, then in "Queen" (Paris), crossed "So Divine" and "Laubette". He was resident DeeJay in "Millenium" club (Obernai). This place was the announcement of his talent, known by everyone in approximately one year. 2011, he changed his nickname, from Mackfly to the current name. He casted his new podcast "ElectrizingMix" at the same time. 150 000 downloading and 32 500 suscribers around the world in 6 months! Welcome to the Doctor Money Matters podcast.
I am your host Dr. Tarang Patel, a practicing diagnostic radiologist in Phoenix, AZ.
I started this podcast as a way to share knowledge about financial matters as they relate to health care professionals. We spent many years learning about the science and art of providing patient care but most of us have relatively little knowledge about reaching financial well being. I know that I had no formal training in setting up investment accounts, negotiating contracts, buying insurance, buying real estate, etc. I just learned by reading and also by making many mistakes. Health care professionals are trusted to take put their patients needs first and we in turn assume everyone in other fields work the same way. Unfortunately this is not always true.
By talking about these topics, I hope we can reduce the many financial mistakes that prior generations of doctors have made. Those physicians were able to overcome these mistakes because of shorter training periods, less debt, and they were more likely to be in private practice. Today we no longer have those luxuries and many of us have significant debt burdens. The good news is that we also have access to information that the prior generation never had.
A little background about me. As I said before I am a practicing radiologist in Phoenix, AZ. I went to undergrad at Indiana U. (Go Hoosiers), medical school at the Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine (Now AT Still Univ) in Missouri, moved east and did my radiology residency at New York Hospital-Weill Cornell Medical Center in Manhattan. I then moved west to serve my Air Force commitment at Nellis AFB in Las Vegas, NV. I then did a fellowship in Body/Musculoskeletal Imaging at Mayo Clinic Arizona. Since I finished training I have been in a hospital employed group for the last 6 years.
I have always enjoyed learning about finance and have read (listened to) many of the financial books. I also spent time reading on the bogleheads.org forum which I found to be a valuable source of information. Finally I just observed that many of my colleagues and I had the same questions about relatively basic financial matters but it was difficult to find clear answers.

RUBEN TORO "Latin Bull" Round One: New York, NY: Ruben Toro, a native New Yorker, fought his way through a musical journey by way of doing everything it took to enter into the top-ranking arenas of clubs. Ruben listened to club classics from the 70s and 80s, working out on turn tables and studying the pulsating beats of 12-inch club records mixed by some of the legendary DJs of the time. Preparing to fight his first bout, Ruben knew that the contenders were iconic and tough, like Larry Levan, Frankie Knuckles, David Morales, and a multitude of other strong competitors. Ruben believed that he must train and prepare to win. After years of rigorous training with some of the top music veterans, including remixers, producers and engineers, he knew he was equipped to knock out his opponents in the first round. On an unassuming street in Manhattan’s garment district, crowds gathered late at night, to witness the top-ranking DJs constantly competing for their mark on the club scene, striving to debut incredible and infectious driving beats. “Clubshelter” was the premiere spot for anyone with an appreciation for club music and the who’s-who of the underground music world. Champion and sparring partner of all bouts, life-long friend and mentor, as well “Clubshelter” owner, legendary DJ Timmy Regisford, helped cultivate Ruben's mixing ability. The winner of this round: Ruben Toro, a knockout. Round Two: The summer of 1997 marked the return of the legendary "Club Shelter" and Ruben became its premiere opening D.J., knocking out all other contenders. Ruben has become well known as the champion in the music production arena. Remixing songs like “Osulade” for Yoruba Records, and knocking out "Don’t Change" by Erro. Another knockout by Ruben, he also remixed Dawn Tallman's "Heavenly Light" and Cassio Ware's "Happy Birthday Baby." With the success of these productions, Ruben went on to produce house music songstress, Stephanie Cooke, with "Body, Mind and Soul" and in 2007, Ruben remixed one of West End Records' hottest new singles, "Carib's Leap" by Tea Party Music's own, Ian Friday. Winner of this round: Ruben Toro, a knockout. Round Three: Ruben Toro, winning by landslides in every round, now wanted to claim victory in the radio arena. Ruben begun to hone this craft through bouts as a DJ on Inner City Broadcasting and WBLS 107.5 FM “Power Shelter Mix.” Claiming victory as a radio DJ, Ruben and sparring-partner/ mentor, Timmy Regisford premiered parties such as “The Temple” at the Tunnel, another legendary night club in New York City. Club promoters worldwide began flocking to Ruben as the reigning champion of the underground club scene DJs. Reigning champion of all time DJs, Ruben Toro, knocked out WBLS, and moved on to bouts with WRKS 98.7 KISS FM. Having started with guest appearances, multi-talented DJ Ruben Toro quickly knocked out all other contenders and made the mix show “Kiss Club Classics” his own weekly party every Saturday night from 12am -3am. Recreating the music that made him champion, the “Paradise Garage Feel” and “The Temple” sounds, Ruben presents mixes from yesterday and today’s “Deepest Underground Sounds,” blending the best in Garage/ Loft Classics and soulful underground dance music, on New York’s #1 radio show- his own “Kiss Club Classics.” The winner of all rounds: Ruben Toro, a knockout.

Hi, I'm Angie Tonini -Rogers, a nurse and Intentional Life Coach, through Balance, Boundary, and Accountability Strategies. I know you are really good at what you do (career, profession, business), but you're ready to stop ignoring different pieces of your pie and reclaim your whole life! We're going to walk through some boundaries, leadership, mindset, and restoration in different areas of your life that may need to change. It's going to be some tough work up in here, girl, but we're gonna walk this thing out together, uncovering some bold, courageous actions that we can take to experience, not just a good life, but your whole life. I believe in leading with love in all things, and also I love you enough to challenge you to grow; loving you enough where you are, but challenging you to not stay where you are. We are called to grow. We are called to become who it is we're intended to be. So think about it, who has God called you to be? Are you living that out in every area of your life? Are you balancing all areas of your life? That's what this podcast is going to be about. We're going to walk this out together. We're on this journey together. We are going to focus on the pieces of the pie that make up your whole life. So here are the pieces in no particular order of importance: (1) Physical. This includes health and wellness. It includes your mental and emotional health. (2) Personal. This is your self-care, your self-development and your mindset. (3) Financial. Are you where you need to be for today, tomorrow? And for your future, are you creating that legacy? Are you satisfied with the amount of money you're making? Are you able to tithe, are you getting overflow so that you can give what you want to give, when you want to give? (4) Spiritual. Are you connected? Are you in relationship with God every day? Are you able to notice those little "God winks" that people talk about? Those things that confirm what it is you're feeling? Are you listening to Holy spirit directives that God's been trying to tell you or show you ? Are your eyes open enough to see God in your everyday life? Are your eyes and ears open up to see and hear everything that's happening around you That tells you who it is you are, and what it is you're supposed to be doing? (5) Relationships. This is your marriage, motherhood, friendships, your social life. (6) Professional. This is your job, your career, your business, maybe it's your passions and what you're doing. Do you feel fulfilled in all of these areas? Are there places that you feel like you want more out of your pieces of the pie ? Is there room for improvement in any area? Sometimes discovering the whole fulfilled life means we might have to take bold actions, step out in blind faith. We have to show a level of maturity and accountability that allows us to get to the destinations we're trying to reach. Let's walk this journey out together, into our Whole Life, Holy Made.
