Summary: God does not need to pray about anything; for Him to pray it would mean He would have need of something and God doesn’t need anything. However, God expresses His desire for us through Scripture and desires for us to pray scripture. God used the apostle Paul to pen many prayers, all of them coming from God. These are prayers inspired by God, which He desires His children to pray. Besides the Word of God, prayer is the next most important area of our Christian faith.
